This is one of the best services offered right now in the DeFi world I have offramped multiple times and it hits my account instantly I would give 5 stars but there are still some stuff that has to be fixed in the customer service side They should have 24 7 assistance And solve issues during the same day Besides that they are great

Spritz s off-ramp and bill-pay functions are great Fast secure private and at a reasonable cost The debit card function only lacks transaction history If this were added I would rate Spritz at 5

What makes you experience great is that the response to my inquiries are always prompt and the representatives are always courteous When there is a issue they do not stop until it is resolved as fast as possible You have a awesome service for those of us who are off ramping Bitcoin So glad you re here

I had issues with my KYC ID verification not complete after login however customer service stayed with me until the issue was resolved no matter how frustrated I got Since I had a business account the need to escalate should have been quicker But they were courteous and patient which was what mattered to me the most What I really liked was the smooth transition from online chat to my email to wrap up everything and expressed appreciation for my patience Very nice

Live support is absolutely terrible Unacceptable when you are dealing with people s money I have had 2800 I can not access for almost a week now and live support is an absolute joke They have blocked my card due to some unauthorized charges which Is fine However they did not tell me let me load the card and proceeded to not answer for days on end I STILL have not been able to get them to unblock the card just so I can move my money out of spritz I have typically had a good experience with them and transacted a lot of volume But this experience right here I will probably never use them again update Updated to 4 for working with me to resolve the issue I am keeping it from 5 stars just based on no 24 7 live support there really should be access to a human at any time for any problem when dealing with peoples finances Get it together

Spritz is an amazing platform I have used them for over a year and even when there might be an issue with payment it is all resolved in a timely manner They have continued to develop and support true Defi and I am looking forward to seeing them support PulseChain

Love how quickly funds show up The rapid option when you need funds quick is worth the fee literally shows up in under a minute in my bank account Great kind responsive team that always addresses issues super quick with compassion Had a few issues my own fault The most stressful being I accidentally input the incorrect bank account number and off-ramped a large amount of funds Obviously funds never arrived and I was stressed They quickly identified the issue funds were back in my account timely and I was able to off-ramp to correct account Can t thank them enough

Absolutely amazing service Great customer support as my bank wasn t connecting but it ended up being a Chase issue not Spritz Best fees compared to other services and on off ramping is a breeze Turning everyone on to this service They even have a cool suggestions section where they send you emails to vote on current updates depending on what the community is asking for
