I set up my account profile verification done email came saying the hard part was over I could go ahead and pay my bill then the system wanted me to start all over again with the same verification now it wants my full social security to move forward while it did not ask my other family members for any 4 working phones in my name the business the home and 2 cell phone I gave my driver lic did the face Recognition have bank accounts address and they can t verify me I would not mind giving my social if everyone else does the same also am a citizen what the Heck

I have been using Spritz for over a year there is no phone number you can call Secondly they have poor deveopment skills they push out product that work inconsistantly And there fees are high on top of the gas fees I believe they have a cokey attitude if you are smart and want to preserve your wealth stay far away from this company i am currently in the process of dropping them now myself thdy will not take resposibility for therir mistakes and as soon as they hit an issue the entire solution crumbles and they know not what to do to provixe a realistic and consistant solution THEY ALL ARE A COMPLETE FAILURE A fed up customer

They put up a great front I really appreciate that they exist but they don t put enough resources into customer service and allowing users to have better financial services than are provided elsewhere what im saying is they talk a lot and yet i have had numerous occasions in which one of the pre-paid visa s didnt work while making purchases recently i was completely closed out of a pre-paid debit that still has 67 on it What we know about those digital debits is that if i dont use it i will loose it So now i have 67 trapped on a digital card that gets declined at 100 of places so pretty much ive lost around 67 with them and successfully transfered around 5k do the math if they loose around 1 5 of my money thats not a solid finaicail organization they could have made that from me in fees if they actually supplied us with a realistic financial enviornment It works sometimes though so i give them 2 stars

Creating an account and receiving a virtual debit card is quick It works well on Google Pay when using contactless payments at the shops apparently not all the shops Loading up the virtual card from crypto is pretty easy and fast However the fees to load up the card are a bit high in my opinion in the range 1-2 The advertised rewards look interesting but they are NOT actually being provided even if you meet the requirements You are being told that they have seen an increase in fraudulent activity around referrals so they have stopped such rewards service temporarily Spritz Finance should be more transparent and you should be told about any disruption in the service e g referral rewards when it takes place Update I was eventually able to cash in the rewards after being provided with an update from the team through a chat I started from my end no emails were sent about this update Still cashing in the rewards means paying a 2 transaction fee 2 00 minimum which in my opinion is too high

Usually this whole thing works flawlessly however their app is utter garbage half the time it doesn t work or freezes and the other half it takes forever now their website is starting to lag and notmload correctly Whats going on spritz please pullnyour collective craniums out of your collective rectums

Great interface easy instructions easy to set up but I click on Live Support but get - nothing I cannot find support anywhere Update 12 19 2024I have been in contact with support for a number of days while they walked me through the on-ramp process Great support now that I found it I wish there would be a contact us link somewhere on the site unless I m just missing it I upgrade my review to 4 stars
