We bought a Nissan X-Trail from Darren at S R Motors and have had a great experience We emailed late the evening to see if we could test drive the next day and they replied quickly accommodating our request The car was as described and in good condition A couple of days later a warning light came on for a start stop fault I contacted Darren and he immediately reassured me and said they ll help sort it out It turns out to be a battery issue where the car hasn t been used for a while totally beyond their control as the warning light didn t appear until we d driven it around a bit We dropped off the car and it was fixed within the day Great service and will happily use again

I have read a lot of the negative reports on here about R S motors and some rather derogatory comments about the sales teamWell I travelled 200 miles each way to view a car then the same again to collect it The staff both Simon and Naz were brilliant and I cannot fault the carSo I would recommend them to anyone

My husband saw a car that he wanted to look at and purchase I was a little bit wary but we went there a couple of weeks ago and took the car for a test drive Ben was very helpful throughout our purchase of the car he arranged a service and mot on the car before we picked it up last week we was very happy with the service we received from Ben and would highly recommend him and the garage
