Wonderful Customer Service
I needed a storage unit for my huge collection of cookbooks and other household items and I received astounding service from Junior Aminu It took only minutes to set up the rental agreement and he was so knowledgeable about the size of unit that was required If only everyone was so great at customer service

I booked a storage locker last minute
I booked a storage locker last minute due to an unexpected relationship breakdown and Jonathan was so very kind to me He even made me a cup of tea The next time I came back to empty my locker Jonathan remembered that I had a dachshund and cheered me up even offering me and bringing me a drink He went above and beyond and I can t thank you enough

Jack at the Bury branch is a hero
Jack at the Bury branch of Safestore went absolutely above and beyond The delivery van was delayed and he pulled an absolute blinder to get it all unpacked within 40minutes before the store shut Thank you so much - we couldn t have done it without him I was so stressed and he absolutely saved the day Thank you
