I am never buying from this store again The customer service is terrible and it feels as though they make zero effort to care or tend to your issues The clothes are of bad quality and I have to wait MONTHS AND MONTHS for my order to arrive I recently purchased a new set of clothes from here and It has been 4 months since my order arrived and now somehow my order was shipped somewhere in the US and all the customer service team can say is sorry for the inconvenience

Ordered HIT ME HARD AND SOFT splatter paint cd Was expecting the cd sleeve to be painted but only a small postcard inside was painted Plus it has remnants of a sticker on the post card that I can t just peel off RIPPED OFF never order from her store she does not gaf about her fans

Poor customer service
I ordered an item from Billie Ellish at the end of May I still haven t received it I was never notified that the item was shipped I recently contacted their customer service was told the item was shipped was given a tracking number The tracking number is invalid I was also advised that customer service needed to be contacted within 60 days of the order I guess I just lost 20 Poor customer service

This is my worst experience
This is my worst experience with online shop so far I ordered a T-shirt in October and received zero informations about my delivery I wrote them two emails asking about my delivery status since then and got nothing in return They got my money and now I don t even have hope for them to return my money or to actually receive what I ordered

Long wait and still the wrong item
Placed an order on Nov 20 with a date to be received before Christmas I just got my order last week January In the meantime I had asked that my order be cancelled and money refunded I was told to check with FedEx in which the item had been prepared but never given to FedEx They strung me along until they actually got the item to FedEx and not I have asked for a return label because it s the wrong item Of course I m getting no response from them now

Ordered on May 10 a T-shirt and face mask Just received order today T-shirt only face mask missing Trying to get a personalized response from customer service is a joke Standard pasted replies only Your order has shipped blah blah Here s the tracking number blah blah The items are expensive enough that you should be able to get a response and the there should definitely be a number to call to address the issues red flag that there s no customer service number

This store isn t Billie Eilish s legitimate store I compared my email I received to my older sisters email who purchased me a shirt from the live stream store and the colouring and the logos done were different Plus the View Your Order showed that the shop had since been taken down Please don t purchase from this store it s a scam store If you ve purchased with PayPal you are able to request a refund up to 180 days after the initial purchase
