just a day or 2 after I bought the product the price was reduced and they wouldn t honor it and my sales person refused to return my calls to discuss it poor customer relations Update 2 20 2024 Apparently there has been a snafu due to my phone number being incorrect in Sunlighten s system After discussing the entire situation they have offered to rectify the above situation Given the foregoing and given that I do really love the product I am elevating my review to 5 stars

Joshua did a very professional job of explaining all of our questions and helped us make our final decision on the exact sauna for our home he is very kind and knowledgeable and certainly helped us make a thoughtful decision

Eric was extraordinary He helped me navigate all of my questions and carefully guided me down the best Recommend speak to Eric at Sunlighten anytime to anyone This is the type of customer service that I would expect out of my companies It s just a shame that most companies don t operate this way anymore Thank you Eric and Sunlighten

We re very excited to get our Sunlighten sauna Erik Strickland was a top notch representative and was in constant communication throughout the entire process We had to wait for a number of weeks for the item to be shipped but Erik made it easy and constantly worked to get it expedited We re looking forward to getting the sauna and using it on a regular basis
