I ordered a Thermarest Xlite pad in a size regular wide as a Christmas gift On Christmas they opened the pad and found a used size small pad with the old style valve Rather then send me the proper mat and honor the price they refunded my money They claimed all of their stock was like this yet the size regular wide is still for sale on their site They screwed up Christmas and left me embarrassed for giving a used pad in the wrong size as a gift

The supervisors are worse than the customer service team I received defective boots that were 200 Even within the warranty time frame they would not refund me my money and instead sent me a store credit which knowingly would not do me any good because they didn t have any same or similar boots So instead I searched for hours for things that my family and I could use but did not need and finally made the order and I then received a pair of USED slippers which by the sounds of it is not an uncommon thing at all which I find absolutely disgusting The supervisor is beyond rude disrespectful and unprofessional They only care about 1 thing and that s money and screwing anyone over that they can along the way I live In northern minnesota which is why I ordered winter muck boots we need extremely warm waterproof boots around here preferably ones that don t completely fall apart yeah I m not kidding in the matter of 2 months and not even winter yet the whole bottom of both boots started completely separating from the rest of the boot So I m out almost 200 still no boots a pair of used slippers snow pants for my son some super giant shirt a pair of extremely uncomfortable socks and uncomfortable not polarized sunglasses So thanks for nothing This place needs to be shut down I don t know how they keep just getting away with this crap that keep repeatedly happening Like selling USED ITEMS There is something seriously wrong with this company and how it operates

Tried to use sunnysports Best price guarantee and create your own package a couple different times after months no one has ever got back to me I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if you had to return something to this place chance of ever getting your money back is probably around 0

Canceled My Order Without Permission

I ordered a jacket from this store for 200 and they emailed me 3 days later telling me they CANCELED the order because they don t have stock I never told them to cancel and never gave them permission to cancel Upon checking their website immediately following their email I found that they RAISED THE PRICE from 200 to 320 on the jacket Clearly they pretended to not have the item because they didn t want to sell it for 200 after I d paid for it Will be contacting Amex about this

I ordered microspikes to use on a hike

I ordered microspikes to use on a hike in the white Mountains tried on one at home over my clean hiking boots but they didn t fit so I left them at home in the original bag box instructions etc Weather was above freezing and didn t need them anyway Returned them on 10 8 and inquired about them on 10 18 and was told they had trouble locating them Sent them the tracking number and received an email on 10 20 stating they have limited staff until 10 18 and it would take them until 10 24 Fine On 10 25 I was told they couldn t refund me BC they had been used had some sort of salt residue I ve never had this issue in 45 years of enjoying the great outdoors with a large variety of outfitters

Very disappointing service product not delivered

We ordered a pair of slippers from their online shop and received a confirmation email The package did not arrive We called them and they simply told us that the order was canceled because we did not reply to an email we never received from them They were unfriendly and not willing to fix the problem We will get our slippers from another shop and definitely not order again from this shop Very disappointing service

Placed an order for shoes They charged my card and then canceled my order without notifying me The next day send me an email that the product I order is available Call my card company to warn of suspicious charges Their customer service made excuses but did nothing to help fix the situation Wouldn t order from them

Be careful don t trust this site

I was placing an order it said free shipping but at checkout it charged me anyway I contacted customer service they emailed me and said send the order price and delivery address and they d deduct it Like an idiot I placed the order sent all the info and they emailed me- NO FREE SHIPPING That s so dishonest and I ll be cancelling my order I have a picture of the boots and it says free shipping but they WON T honor their own words
