I am delighted I read Trust Pilots reviews on Super Carers decided to get in touch recently as it became evident that we needed more help to care for my elderly father who is undergoing treatment for cancer is disabled Vanessa Tak listened carefully to our requirements proposed carers who had plenty of experience that we would feel confident in Having interviewed one gentleman in particular we were lucky enough to now have help with my father at weekends My father adores Junior my mother also are so grateful for his help It has made a huge difference for my mother to have a bit of respite at the weekends We now hope to find another carer who can help early mornings in the week also

Friendly efficient service

Having spoke to Daniel on the phone to book care for my elderly parent I found the SuperCarers service incredibly efficient They took no time in finding somebody suitable and I m very happy with the carer they ve placed with my dad

I have just returned from a 5 day stay

I have just returned from a 5 day stay at a holiday resort with day time care provided for my husband A by Ron Dando through SuperCarers A and I had prior contact with Ron by phone and skype but met him for the first time as the coach arrived at the resort I was supporting a group of 53 on the holiday adults with a learning disability and volunteers to help them so it was busy from the start Ron was an absolute godsend and he and A got on very well Ron gave A just the right amount of support he was sensitive to A s Alzheimer s and was also able to give us some useful tips He fitted in well with the group but took A off for walks when the group activities were not of interest to A I felt completely relaxed that my husband was in good hands and safe but what I loved was seeing A interact with others and the confidence the support gave him I was impressed that Ron honoured his commitment when it was arranged so far ahead and am very grateful

I found supercarers by chance after several care agencies had failed to deliver what was needed From the start I have been very impressed with the whole team They worked seamlessly together to match our needs with a suitable career Because the carer Angel is so experienced she has worked with us to settle my parents-in-law who both have dementia throughout their early resistance to having any help It is a very personal tailored service where everyone is treated fairly A fair fee for the company to manage the service and a fair rate of pay for the careers And best of all you have a relationship with the carer directly not through a hierarchy of management With the support of Supercarers we now don t have to contemplate care homes for a good while yet
