There is just NO support at all
There is just NO support at all First they ask a few questions and after the customers answers everything like OS computer etc and sends photos of the product you never hear back from them I opened a few tickets it s always the same process Usually this is how Chinese Tech companies do I am very disappointed by Logitech supposed to be a Swiss firm I spent 200 dollar on a useless product and they are unable to provide even basic support

could they get worse yes they could I completely concur with all the negative feedback on here appalling customer service an update They cancelled my order after over a month of waiting What an utter waste of my time and effort Seriously folks buy elsewhere and support a company who cares about it s customers Awful company awful service

Their support is one of the worst
Their support is one of the worst around They don t read your replies to the tickets and every reply seems as though it s a standard one every single time It feels as though it s shipped off to a low-cost labour country with English as a second language with the sole purpose of frustrating a customer into giving up and not bothering them again

I purchased a wireless logi keyboard
I purchased a wireless logi keyboard from Apple 10 months ago and the thin rubber pieces around the speakers and buttons have expanded into a loop and one has already broken I took this back to Apple and they told me i have to deal with Logitech direct I have tried several times to file a warranty claim on line over the past month and it takes you round in circles so that you can never send a message and live chat just lists loads of issues but no person chat Would not recommend

Be advised that this new MX keyboard is not yet released - email by Logitech Support Joyce O Logitech Chat after putting me on hold many times pretending to be researching the issue had no idea I already ordered the keyboard before their advice online and it arrived Ignorant morons with a big ego Both my Logitech K800 keyboard and my MX Master 2 mouse gave up after 2 years No refund no excuses no replacement

Worst Customer Support there is in the world No doubt
Was advised by the store I bought the headset from to contact Logitech support directly rather than passing through them Worse mistake ever been waiting for 4 hours in live chat and the worst part is the whole 4 hours there was a support agent that replied maybe 2 times during the whole 4 hours and didn t reply to my problem a single time Will for sure chargeback this purchase

EXTEMELY poor customer support Hard to file a warranty claim on the website Opened the chat support only to find a bot that doesn t work properly Finally got through to a human After a long explanation of my device issue and back and forth the agent sent a ticket number and then proceeded to direct me to file a warranty claim with the place I purchased from which is Logitech s OFFICIAL store on Lazada ecomm platform Disappointing support efficiency coming from a large corporation

Terrible Customer Support Service of Logitech
The Customer support service of Logitech should be called rather Service of elaborate mockery of customers They even don t make effort to read customers trouble Instead they will collect you data send you repeating requests They show that they don t trust you Approach is formal and the is no such a feeling if they really want to help you They rather want to get rid of you with any complaints
