Not to be trusted

Do not speak to Signed business up to new Water supplier which wasn t authorised Gave cheaper rates but then water company added other fees which was not mentioned by Swift switch Which works out more expensive that previous supplier Official Complaint had been made to Swift Switch which the salesman then tried to get in contact to confirm procedures were not followed But heard no more Complaint will be sent to Ofwat From signed document to hold agreed prices from Swift Cover This letter does not authorise SwiftSwitch Ltd to accept or sign any new contract or agreement without prior agreement This is not ignored by and we were changed suppliers

Big Doubt

Man the took all the details and sign the contact twice but I been still charged by previous supplier and when call the swift switch they said we will call you back and it s been a month now I believe they don t have enough to call Is it a legit thing here

Please read your terms and conditions or it could be very expensive

Current supplier is Valda Energy I completely forgot I had agreed back in February to extending my contract which was due to run in in November business s can do that when Swift Switch initiated my request and it was rejected I checked and found that I had no way of getting out of my contract with Valda Very annoyed However I have now received a charge of 1356 and pennies from a company acting on behalf of Swift Switch for a failed contract agreement Nothing I can do apart from play the moral card and I completely made a mistake Not interested pay up is the response so far I have a tiny workshop and my annual electricity bill is 300 on average Please be very careful and don t have a lapse of memory like I did

Worst company

I had a water contract with a company that unfortunately went awry The water company has been charging me approximately 185 per month solely for retail fees which is exorbitant As a small business owner my water usage is only 100 while the retail fee is 185 This situation is highly unjustified I have repeatedly communicated with Swift Switch to resolve this issue but my efforts have been consistently unsuccessful The water company has informed me that the problem lies with the contract I made with the broker and they are unable to intervene Consequently neither the broker nor the water company is providing any assistance Prior to this incident everything was in order However since I switched to Swift Switch the situation has deteriorated significantly While they are courteous when seeking contracts their support once the contract is in place is minimal I strongly advise against using this company as they do not provide consistent assistance

Done me right dirty

Done me right dirty All the bells and whistles of how I was saving money and the rates were oh so cheaper than my current supplier Switched to their recommendation and am now getting bills for 2x my last supplier Businesses are already struggling and companies like this just encourage the downfall of them EDIT Also has no idea how to read apparently because the response makes no sense The company YOU set me up for is giving me bills x2 the amount of my last supplier Reading comprehension is really important

Constantly hassling me

Constantly hassling me despite me asking them to remove my details Numerous emails a day Was told by them they d remove my details but still getting more Useless ETA - no I didn t use that service Patronising too Best service ever lol I have no problem with the service I asked you to provide It was the constant emails about other products that I never wanted asked for needed and asked you to stop sending me yet you still insisted on doing so Constantly replying patronising someone and doing the exact thing I ve asked you not to do like sending me five emails to leave a review proves exactly what I ve written is true Edit 30 02 25Still calling me trying to sell me card payment machines

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Swiftswitch Ted Keen asked me to sign electricity contracts with two different suppliers yet both rejected my application This left my business at risk of having no electricity forcing me to find my own supplier one that offered a cheaper price with less hassle Despite their failure to secure a supplier for me Swiftswitch is now demanding 1 500 in losses through a pre-action letter even though I never received any service from them How can they claim a loss when the suppliers they introduced didn t even accept me This feels completely unfair and unprofessional When I attempted to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day cooling-off period my requests were ignored and I received no response On top of that their actions have negatively affected my company s credit score which is deeply unfair A trustworthy business should prioritize customer care transparency and fairness unfortunately Swiftswitch failed in all these areas I would not recommend them based on my experience A reputable broker should prioritize their clients best interests and provide real solutions not make excuses and demand payments for failed arrangements I strongly advise businesses to be cautious before dealing with them

I strongly advise against using Swift Switch My friend s business suffered significant harm due to their services The company s credit score dropped substantially as Swift Switch repeatedly found them expensive utility providers and faced multiple rejections When my friend found an alternative the fees were outrageously high and they were forced into a three-year contract Now they face exorbitant fees for not using the service and communication is almost non-existent The manager named Ted Keen This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy Avoid them at all costs

Hidden Fees Difficult to RemoveI would not recommend SwiftSwitch to anyone The service is misleading with hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront They make it seem like a great deal but once you sign up you get hit with unexpected charges On top of that They don t provide clear instructions for cancellation Avoid this service unless you want to deal with deceptive practices and a frustrating removal process
