Nearly hung up as initially thought was one of those calls so may be some work to do there Anyway the chap I spoke to was brilliant even though I was probably being a pain thru my scepticism Basically kind of got the deal I wanted that SSE had told me did not exist It s a strange world when brokers can get way better prices than dealing with a supplier direct and the difference is incredible Oh and no I hadn t heard of SwiftSwitch before it was the other one which I had tried previously and were pretty useless in comparison So thanks guys As it turned out my what was offered was not compatible with our meter even after I had questioned it with them so NO I can t recommend them as had to stay with original SSE OK so not completely Swifts fault but they should be aware that E10 meters offer many complications on so many levels and never again

Daisy Thompson assured me that my transfer of business water rates from Clear Business was all taken care of I have been battling with Clear business for over a month now as they are still billing me saying that the transfer hasn t taken place I emailed Daisy regarding this but haven t heard back from her She did ask me to leave a review though before the transfer had taken place so I m glad now that I didn t although she was very efficient up to that point I haven t had a welcome email or letter from the new provider so that tells me it s not been set up and I ve wasted all this time assuming everything was sorted Obviously there are other providers out there and if this isn t sorted out rapidly I ll be trying one of them UPDATE I was recently contacted by a Mark Boethe who explained that Daisy is no longer with them and to be fair he did take ownership of not contacting her customers like myself who were waiting for a contract that wasn t going to happen He seemed very approachable and if I hadn t already gone to Love Energy for a contract I d probably have given swift switch another go based on his comments

I was happy with the deal offered but not complete honesty

I was happy with the deal offered but was not told upfront by the person who cold-called me on the phone that this was Swift Switch rather than the Water company that they were working for It felt slightly underhand

The initial contact was good

The initial contact was good we haven t actually set up as such with the new company or made our first payment so not sure how smoothly that will go at the moment
