Do not buy from Sword Kingdom They do not send out items they won t reply to your emails and ignore your requests for a refund I am currently claiming a charge back via my credit card company In response to the reply below The explanation given to me was that they forgot to ship and they promised to ship the following Monday they did not ship the following Monday They did not provide any further explanation for the delay I was also told I would receive a email confirming a refund I did not receive this They re now trying to get my review removed If they spent that much effort replying to my emails and providing me with customer service I wouldn t have felt the need to write a bad review in the first place

Received a broken item
I received my item at the end of last month however it arrived broken I emailed Sword Kingdom and sent them a picture as per their policy on the day of delivery I again had to send another email before they replied asking me to contact the delivery company and get a reference number which I did and they would send a replacement This I sent to Sword Kingdom but at this point they have stopped answering my emails have sent 3 They answer on the chat and promise to help and get in contact but no email arrives Therefore I am now left with a broken product They have very poor customer services and don t seem to follow their guidelines on refunds and damaged items

Unbalanced sword - promised refund not given
I ordered three swords which were to be delivered before christmas 2021 Due to production issues they were delayed not a huge problem for me but when they finally arrived months later one was very unbalanced When contacting Swordskingdom asking for a replacement they seemed helpful I provided photos and they asked for video which I also provided They apologised and promised a replacement After waiting several months and reaching out numerous times I was finally promised a refund At this point I have waited over 9 months since placing my order They have promised a refund to my card twice now but I have still not received it I have reached out again without a reply Maybe you will finally refund me Swords Kingdom I am terribly disappointed as i thought I had found a good shop to recommend to other dancers

Absolute joke purchased a shield from these guys on the 20th Nov heard nothing from them until 2 days ago after multiple messages went unanswered I said I would contact my bank for a refund I then got a reply saying they have dispatched it and gave me a tracking code for dpd and said it would go live by Thursday evening Now Friday evening is here and dpd still have not received it from S k AVOID this place service has gone right downhill

Disgusting service avoid all at cost
Following on from my last review where delivery and tracking number still hadn t arrived in time for my sons birthday Finally received a tracking number and for a split second thought I could maybe gift it for Xmas instead until I tried the tracking number to find the tracking number is not recognised and for a different delivery company that the one they claimed would deliver and sent screenshots of that included other customers details This company needs looking into by trading standards To Scam people out of money send deliberate false information and false tracking details is disgustingI ve just spoke via live chat to them again and was refused a reason as to why my tracking number was invalid I was informed it s was nothing to do with them and then I was blocked from live chat before I could respond It has everything to do with them when they took my money

Dangerous Ordered with no mention they were shipping from Pakistan Had duty fees and then item was seized by border force Emails to sword kingdom ignored as no telephone number Online chat useless Messed about Raising dispute with my bank as company ignoring me about refund Need to report to trading standards

Would give 0 stars Being given false information and now blocked from making contact I ordered a sword for my son this Christmas told it would arrive in time prior to me ordering And told I would get trackin First time I asked for tracking they said it would be dpd and to check emails in the evening Nothing Then I asked again was given another courier ups and told to await email for tracking in the evening Again nothing Over 100 and was my sons main present Now I m stuck as I don t have the funds for anything and he will be the only one without a main I m absolutely heartbroken and it s ruined this Christmas Bank won t intervene until 15 days have passed from making the purchase When I go onto my orders on their website it now says I don t have any Well and truly SCAMMED

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS
The worst business I ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with Thought I d grab a blade as a gift Spoke to their stupid bot who told me things would ship same day purchased and now its been some time and 0 updates Contacting the seller gained nothing but finally the bot had a tracking number The tracking is still awaiting collection and nothing has been done to prove they ll ship it Luckily it was only 70 so I m fine to contact my bank and get a refund but this is horrendous behaviour and I will be filing a charge back Avoid this business like the plague its horrible and should be shut down
