ordered the ranger sword on friday and recieved it on the tuesday its an amazing piece and sits proudly on my wall the only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review was i didnt recive a tracking number and hat to email them on the monday asking about it but that very day they sent it out to me and when i checked turnes out it wasd sent out saturday morning guess someone just forgot to senfd it to me but overall very happy with product and the customer service

great quality product and service however hd to ask for a confirmation of order and an invoice to get it through customs Happy with the quality of build for the price

I originally came here and reviewed it 1 star because I felt I may have been scammed after no contact for about 2 weeks However the customer support via chat reassured me a little when they confirmed my order and that it was just delayed because they had a lot of orders to fulfil but I would definitely recieve it before Christmas or I could have a refund if I wanted I chose to give them a chance and a week later I recieved the item today It is fantastic value for money great workmanship for the price I would suggest the company work on making customer support more easily available and also the tracking status of your order from the moment the order is placed I received no email confirmation detailing my order or any further tracking information which is probably why customers get worried I love the quality of the product and I genuinely think the company are good and decent but just need to work on the customer support I will absolutely be purchasing more but please improve the order tracking status

Would of give 5 but they fail to mention that you have an import duty to pay upon delivery other than that am quite happy with the sword

Hadhafang Arwen Sword Replica Dark edition This sword is made in Pakistan and shipped by DHL When I found out I was not a happy man However after some on line chat with Ami whom runs the business in the UK I went ahead with my purchase which arrived in 8 days The quality of the sword is good and I would use Swords Kingdom again It seems many replica swords are manufactured in China and Pakistan

Great product but didn t know it was coming from Pakistan and there were import duties to pay - so long delay - little communication and extra to pay Product is fantastic

I bought a sword from Swords Kingdom Superb price and very good quality Yes it came from Pakistan but honestly the 18 import duty was nothing Amil at Swords Kingdom was brilliant he kept me informed as to the progress of my order provided me with tracking information and was a pleasure to talk to We communicated predominantly through the web chat but emails were informative and frequent I would have no hesitation in ordering from them in future
