Ordered an item over a month ago there has been delay after delay and they won t respond to my enquires the first delay was that I live in what is considered a rural area so then I had to send 30GBP via PayPal to an email so the they can then send it to DPD to ship but they didn t tell me via email or any other way of communication there was a delay whatsoever so I was waiting s week for an item to show up that was never going to come to me however for whatever reason after I sent the money to the email DPD then decided that it would be a good idea to send the item back the it s original sender this caused more delay as they said they were going to send it out again 2 weeks ago on that Friday for last Monday or Tuesday but again after it didn t arrive that week they said they it would be sent out last Friday for this Monday or Tuesday it is now Wednesday and the package still hasn t arrived and I doubt it will arrive at all but if it does and only if it does will I change my review EDIT sword came today and it came in great condition customer service and delivery can be vastly improved as well as communication from the company but you cant go wrong with how high quality the product is especially for such a price

Customer Service wanted to come back to me to answer a Question but never heard from them again

So I got the Theoden sword from LOTR and it is good I didn t know it came with a plaque however I found that the sword doesn t go into the scabbard which is slightly annoying seeing as all my other swords have scabbards I d say it s meh

UPDATE I have now received confirmation of order and was provided with a tracking number from a trusted delivery service Delivery is expected sooner than I thought I made an order and payment was accepted A week later no confirmation email or any information on when I can expect delivery I ve contacted them multiple times and no response Seems as though they ve taken the money and that will be it I will update this review if the situation changes

Robbers ordered in august never received anything avoid this company like the plagueEventually refunded me - took a long time although I have many items from them and all fine and delivered quickly just one blip -

I had ordered a sword and did not recieve any confirmation emails I tried contacting the company by email and WhatsApp and they never responded I contacted them via live chat and I was advised when my item would be dispatched Again I did not receive any emails After a few days I contacted them again via live chat and was advised of a delivery day I waited for the delivery day and the item did not arrive I am now 3 working days past delivery date The company is not responding to WhatsApp or emails and now there is no live chat I have tried to comment on the fb page under the pictures they are posting but they just remove my comments UPDATE since leaving the review Swords Kingdom contacted me to apologise for the lack of contact and delay with my order which was caused through an increase in orders over the Halloween period and presented me with options to resolve the situation On this occasion I opted for a refund which they processed the same day and I now have my money back
