New favorite retailer

Fantastic selection of designers great deals on current collection superb packaging and their customer service is outstanding Their CS answer nearly instantly and is very helpful and friendly I am so happy with my purchases thanks a lot Keep in mind that the delivery for some items without the fast shipping symbol can take up to two weeks but I really don t mind the shipping and returns are already free which is great Also it would be great if you can add a back in stock notification alert on your website

Be careful Scam Better to avoid

I have ordered from here 2 times Before the first shipment they sent me the pictures since the product was damaged asking if i still wanted to have it I decided to proceed with the shipment since it was the last one and I liked the product I went to fix imperfections and paid myself for it The second time i ordered shoes Again they send me pictures saying the product is damaged second time in a row becomes quite suspicios but I can still return it later if something is wrong When product arrived i tried shoes and they run small to me so i decided to return Fun part stars here Once my return was delivered i have not received any confirmation I waited for some time and wrote myself They told me i damaged the shoes and they can not accept the return regardless of the fact that they sent product to me already damaged I still havent recevied money back shoes were expensive What they do they try to get rid of damaged items that unlekily to sell and then dont accept the return blaming the customers for it Despite of the EU law no refund has been received Better avoid this shady ecom platoform

Do not buy Avoid at any cost This is a scam

Placed an order a week ago no processing no shipping No communication Took the money and nothing They do not accept paypal so now I have initiated a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back Avoid it s not worth wasting time and money

Good product but not new

Hello I recently received my order of Marsell loafers and while I find the design beautiful I am quite disappointed with the condition in which they arrived I had previously tried this exact model in-store and the pair I received is noticeably different in condition The shoes have pronounced creases at the front and feel significantly loosened whereas the pair I tried in-store was tighter and showed no such marks This strongly suggests that the ones I received are not new However this was not mentioned in the product description and I find it unacceptable to receive an item in this state without prior notice Given these issues I believe a solution can be found from the support team but i haven t received any news about my problem yet i hope soon Thanks

The delivery time was too long and I just saw after I wore the pants I ordered that they have holes in the stitching

No customer goodwill

Nice product I had to return it because it was too small Unfortunaly I did try to return it unworn with labels a week too late No Chance they send the item back to me customer service and goodwill is not good and I will not be ordering again

Overall a very good shopping experience - not giving 5 stars just because there s been some delays in the shipment tracking link was initially not working but 7 stars to the customer service which is fantastic The product is great would definitely buy again
