Overall a very good shopping experience - not giving 5 stars just because there s been some delays in the shipment tracking link was initially not working but 7 stars to the customer service which is fantastic The product is great would definitely buy again

The website offers a wide range of products at very attractive prices The customer service is reliable and they always reply to emails promptly However the entire process is very slow it took about eight days to receive my order The return process was even worse They used the highly inefficient DHL and it took twelve days for the package to reach the store and another five days for the refund to be processed So a considerable amount of money was tied up for quite a long time before I got it back It really depends on your situation If you re sure about the product and the right size it s a great choice But if you re unsure whether you ll need to return or exchange it I would recommend not taking the risk
