Avoid they do not have your back if things go wrong

Avoid a very dishonest company Even thought I was sent a faulty graphics card they would not even refund a dime to me The card arrived very obviously damaged as could be seen when they so call inspected it Now I have wasted over 200 and am furious Dont take risk as you not only have the risk of dodgy sellers from there but then you have this so called company who is meant ot have your back but in end will not help Just there to take a large chunk of there cut and then your on your own

Avoid at all costs They are a purchasing agent that facilitates international shipping For this service they charge a hefty 10 commission - which is fair as they are upfront about this fee and the user can choose whether they wish to utilise their services or not However this is where the experience goes downhill Once you purchase your goods they start adding extra fees Some small some huge and you will be in for the shock of your life when you see the international shipping fee To send via DHL from China to the UK they were quoting 4x the normal quoted amount for a 6 5kg box 800 Having shipped a range of goods from China before this is daylight robbery They would not budge on this quote despite us visiting DHL directly for quotes and attempting to organise shipping ourselves They hold you at gunpoint they have your goods they have your non-refundable commission They will do everything they can to make more money out of you and they can as there is no legal support with international transactions The only saving grace is the option to pay via PayPal however claiming your money back is a hassle in itself and they tactfully attempt to delay support quotes etc until the 30 day grace period expires The customer service is rude and unhelpful You get absolutely nowhere with them Our story ended with 15 reluctant conversations with their customer service a 50 fee to just pick up the goods via another agent TipTrans and 2 months of our time Don t make the same mistake use another agent such as TipTrans - they take less commission are more reputable and are easier to work with

I have been using this service for years and I love it It really helps especially since I don t read mandarin and taobao com is really hard to navigate through This service gives you a catalogue and helps break down the site for ease of purchase and translates it to English as well I always get a great deal and they always insure and recommend me the best shipping for the value of my purchase Love it
