Worst Service - Worst Internet Provider
We are facing the issues for last 5 days but their engineers are unable to resolve the issue They are ready with excuses like backend problem will be there in 5 mins If you call to customer care they will keep you onhold for 15mins and after that also they don t resolve the issue but tell you that tomorrow our field Engineer will come Their field Engineer if visit to place they will tell you to change the provider if you are facing the continuous issue

One of the worst internet provider customer service in india Everything is okay with Airtel until you faced any problems Literally no one will going to solve your issue Let me explain you with example Yesterday by mistake my brother recharge my phone 579 pack 1 5gb day but there have no unlimited 5g benefits so i tried to connect with customer care but after 1 hr continuous try i didn t get any human response they setup fuc outdated bots since 1900 so i send a message port my number then after some representative call me and asked me reason then they said sir please leave here till end of your recharge WTF is this answer

Worst internet and voice provider The phone frequently does not connect even if the phone I am calling is at 5 ft distance texts frequently not delivered and map is frequently inactive It is impossible to reach a live customer support person Will suggest to shun AirTel Not worth it I am going to shun them Will definitely try Geo next time

Cheaters
I activated the 49 rs pack for international incoming SMS etc I had taken a matrix card for international calling but due to OTP issues I had to make a 3-4 minutes call to HDFC fron USA but Airtel charged me international pack of 789 8 times and my bill went up to 8500rs when I asked them they said the charges are valid it s the most ridiculous reason Airtel is a v v v bad service provider I am going back to Vodafone Airtel has cheated me totally

AIRTELL IS A RIPOFF CHEATER AND DISHONEST CO I asked to give me international roaming plan to call USA with talk time balance of INR 200 They charged me it will cost INR 18 any amount AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL COST ME 2 Rupees Per Minute But the call cost me 8 Rupees per minute I asked the store manager to return my talk time balance ONLY Not recharge amount of 18 rupees They are absolutely beiman

I have registered 1 issue on 12
I have registered 1 issue on 12 November 2024 I was promised that a technical engineer will visit your location to rectify the issues I have call so many times on the Air Fiber support team but every time I am listening the same answer from them that please allow us 24 hours of time Frustrated with this Its is waste of money If this issue is not resolved today I will approach some other platforms
