Ordering was good

Ordering was good the back of our cabinet is damaged and we re missing screws and washers We re keeping it as the damage is on the back panel and we can buy screws and washers got to be easier than returning it

Due for delivery 27th-29th April

Due for delivery 27th-29th April had zero updates called on the 29th to be told there was an issue with my delivery and it was returned Rescheduled for tomorrow 5th of May update confirmed delivery on 3rd of May when no-ones home Will I get it tomorrow 5th May or not

Some damage

Good apart from some damage in packing to the plastic cone trim of which I can send pictures Also the screw thread that was supposed to receive the bolt that held the base on was not in position I therefore had to adapt this to make it work Comfortable but still has the damage and it was far from easy to assemble due to the above problems

Very very disappointing-update

Now over a week and although apparently my order is dispatched I paid extra for quick delivery the tracking number does not seem to exist I have heard nothing else even though I have also emailed the company too very very disappointed especially as I heard about you at bbc good food exhibition in Birmingham so took that as a recommendation I think my next step will to be in touch with them Now all sorted had trouble with delivery company though a small favour best let customer know rather than have them needing to get in touch

This is a nice table and chairs however

This is a nice table and chairs however it takes an age to put together using the allen key The table also arrived with the wooden table top unfinished it was unstained in parts and therefore it looked odd There were also parts of the wood that had not been sanded to a smooth finish I was offered a refund upon return however it would have meant dismantling it which would have taken another age and so I accepted a 15 discount

Good service

Good service Delivery more problematic Took a while to narrow down the delivery date from a nominal 3 day period to an actual day which made it difficult to plan activities over that period Amazon seem to be able to offer accurate delivery dates Also disappointing that delivery only to front door I did try to track the delivery initially but kept getting through to Canada Poste website which is not helpful Otherwise the sofa set fine - well packaged and fairly easy to set up

Missing and damaged parts to order

EDIT After a lengthy back and forth with their customer care team we finally have replacement parts for the damaged and missing parts Upgraded to 3 stars as they need to resolve their phone line issue still Order arrived with missing and damaged parts No response from company despite Argos trying to assist Teamsons phone lines are always closed and no response to email or FB messenger A 70 birthday present for my 4 year old can t be built and wrapped before her birthday as it has missing and damaged parts Awful customer service and a waste of money

Mediocre service

Ordered gas fire pit and extra lava rocks Tracking information listed both items via Hermes by 8th June Lava rocks only delivered by Hermes on 7th followed by e mail saying ordered delivered in full Contacted Teamson following day to be told fire pit too heavy for Hermes would be delivered via xpd also gave a new tracking number for xpd Question why not put this information on original confirmation email Tacking order with xpd very difficult had to chase Teamson again to help out Fire pit finally arrived 2 days after the date given on original order confirmation Very average Doubt will buy from them again

Unfortunate customer service

Bought garden furniture set which arrived on time and all pieces included for assembly The structure of the chairs is made of plastic which actually looks ok but does get very hot when in the sun You are unable to sit back in the chairs without burning your back Contacted company to purchase extra cushions to cover back but they informed me they where unable to supply separately although they manufacture the furniture themselves Not very helpful

The product is nice and the team are

The product is nice and the team are quite responsive I had ordered the wrong shade but was a little disappointed that this item could not be swapped for a different shade although they offered a refund if i sent back the entire package which will cost quite a bit in postaging cost A little more flexibility would have been appreciated
