Poor manufacturing accuracy affecting assembly

There is a problem with the alignment of the predrilled holes which need to be used in the assembly You can t spring the pieces to get the screws in I had to re - drill three of them to complete the assembly Also there were two washers missing and two marks in the pink paint on the seat The fit of the components is poor leaving odd gaps side to side If it hadn t been for a Xmas present for two days time I would have sent the dressing table back

After item was delivered received a message on my phone to say I owed 2 99 for delivery and a link to click as this was likely a scam didn t click on the link they used the name of the delivery company

Disappointed

The desk looks lovely and love the shelving on top however it s come with marks and damage and doesn t look well made ShameI can t change the review for the quality of the desk delivered but I must say I was pleased with the quick response from the seller and resolution of the matter

Amazing product howecer

Amazing product however very poor customer support Won t respond to my email or message because the wrong cam lock was sent so I ve been unable to put my item together in a week now

Coffee Table came broken and also is not a good quality The wood of the legs have a different color than the storageshelf Wanted a refund Instead the company sent me a new item After offering the return label nothing has happend Still waiting for it

Not received my order yet but myMoney has left my account Possibly too early to ask for a review Thanks for the reply I will update my review once I receive the product Another week has passed and looking at the tracking link then it has still not been collected or received by the courier Changed to 2 stars in view of politeness and responsiveness -

Teamson arranged to deliver our patio

Teamson arranged to deliver our patio set on one day then decided to deliver it on another Normally that would be a good thing but we had planned to be out that day The product itself is good although there were signs of rust wear and the surround to one hole sited in a place were your fingers would rest had to be filed flat

Really disappointed with this

Really disappointed with this It s such an attractive product but the reality is it s cheaply constructed Quite a number of the provided screws holes fixtures were a poor fit and despite tightening remained loose wobbly and frankly unfinished The item is not light and the legs should be more structurally supported Having made the piece we tried shifting a few centimetres and one leg fixture snapped clean in two all along the screw My 3 y-o was absolutely delighted when she saw this - after all it s a pretty bookcase - but Devastated when it broke within the first 24hrs I hate to say it but I wouldn t recommend

awaiting delivery of fire pit ordered at gardeners world was advised delivery was by end of last week No firepit and no email to advise of any delay Called office today to make sure all ok and answerphone on stating shut even though during the office hours they say are open I understand things can be delayed but you need to keep customers in the loop If dont hear anything within the week will contact card company as no email order confirmation or anything Would b a 1 star but the lady at show was lovely Pls sort out the after customer services so can give better feedback
