Terrible 4 year old very disapointed

Terrible We bought a vanity kate model for our 4 year old daughter for becoming a big sister We bought it through the French site for delivery to Spain introducing all billing details and receiving their purchase confirmation After a few days they contacted us to inform their mail supplier did not ship to our address We requested them to use a different one after all it is teamson mistake and we do not live in a remote area but in a big city and we are receiving packages daily They declined and processed a refund without giving us more options We now have a very sad 4 year old who has been waiting for this vanity for months and now it is sold out in any other stores Very poor customer service we will file an official complaint through the consumers bureau

Literally had my Solar water feature

Literally had my Solar water feature out since April and baring in mind the weather has been pretty good the paint is starting to peel off already This was a present so I am really upset and disappointed How is this product fit for purpose when it s been outside for 2 months and it s already peeling off Complaint sent not happy at all

AVOID COMPANY

Bought a fire pit from them through Amazon and Set this up yesterday following the instructions and had it on for the 2nd time in the day for 15 minutes this evening was fine first of all then all of a sudden a couple of the rocks exploding hitting me and my new seating SO lucky that it didn t hit my face Also contacted customer service and Charlotte was condescending and rude the only thing she could say was Keep away from the unit for the first 20 minutes after igniting your unit for the FIRST TIME NOTE THAT IT SAYS FIRST TIME When I told customer service that this was the 2nd time we had used it I stopped getting replies Would not recommend this company feel really let down and disappointed Now out of my own pocket I have to replace the damaged furniture which is going to cost me 115 THANKS TEAMSON

If I could give them 0 I wouldThey took my money weeks ago didn t follow up my order then after a couple of emails from me said that the couriers had lost my order how do you loose a 4ft package They offered me two alternatives neither of which was what I really wanted but to ensure we had a fire pit for an event we were hosting last week we agreed on one but asked them to confirm delivery by this Tuesday I have heard nothing since What appealing customer service I strongly suspect that they take your money before ordering over promise So for me it s nil points as they say we won t be using them again

Our order had arrived damaged

Our order had arrived damaged Promised a new item on Saturday and still nothing All they ve done is arranged a collection for the damaged item Communication between them and Argos are absolutely shocking No one seems to know what they are doing and constantly blaming others

Poor Experience

We had a children s play kitchen bought for our little boys first birthday We don t have the receipt as obviously it was a gift and unfortunately the door arrived damaged Contacted them to try and sort out a replacement door - even offered to pay for a new door for the kitchen Told they couldn t help without the order number even though I d offered to pay Really disappointed with this company and won t be buying from them or recommending them in the future due to their lack of flexibility

Save your money

Order sent with 3 different couriers some arrived some didn t Some damaged had to ask for replacement bits which I m still waiting on and other items cancelled due to lack of stock despite their website still showing stock available and allowing you to order The furniture itself is beautifully made but for the price and the hassle it is to get a full order without any brakes or cracks you have to ask is it really worth it

Awful do NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful purchased water feature 7 weeks ago agreed delivery date it never arrived after another week of chasing and chasing it was handed to the post team whom supposedly left it on my front door I had requested it to be left with a neighbour The item wasn t left at either places I am so so angry 130 out of pocket nothing but stress and chasing and still I don t have the item I purchased many weeks ago

Don t trust promised delivery times

Website promised delivery between three and five working days which would have been in time for my wife s birthday then mistakenly told me that the parcel had been delivered which it wasn t then the messages disappeared Unable to get through to call centre which was shut or to track delivery

Rubbish and poor quality

Very disappointed with service and item item was delivered in damaged box the tall bathroom cabinet which had to be constructed was also damaged and didn t fit properly together to return it was so much hassle so it s been stored in garage complete waste of money and very overpriced would not recommend item Argos The date we purchased item was 30 08 2023 at the cost of 138 00 Argos I have updated my reply as I got date wrong
