Purchased a water feature from Argos 13 months ago which looked lovely in the garden to begin with However the coating is now peeling despite it having been stored away for the winter and it has stopped working So I emailed customer services asking for advice on whether it was possible to get a new pump Received a short 2 line response telling me that the item is now out of warranty and so isn t covered No advice help or suggestions given at all And customer service appears to be of such little importance to them that they obviously didn t even bother to proof read the reply before sending 150 wasted

I purchased a bathroom cabinet from these people and it arrived with scuffed panels and a mirrored door with saw cuts in the wooden frame I immediately phoned and supplied photographs to prove my complaint but had to wait days for them to decide it was indeed an issue and worthy of a new item which arrived in the same condition I repeated the telephone call and emailed evidence and after several more days was told that this was the intended design of the cabinet - which is utter nonsense as their sales pictures did not include any such features and why would they - it s a manufacturing error that no one would want to look at The slow and dismissively toned customer service was the final straw for me I would suggest that you look elsewhere for your items as this was a shockingly bad experience

Having waited over a month for the garden furniture to arrive it is finally dumped on the doorstep by a delivery driver who didn t wait for the doorbell to be answered and no wonder the box is dirty previously opened and bashed all over bits hanging out This is particularly annoying because this item was ordered as a birthday gift I would not choose Teamson again

Appalling service I wish I had read these reviews first Still no delivery after 17 days with no way to actually speak to anyone I shall contact my credit card company tomorrow and ask for refund with cancelled order Placed an order with Manomo on 27 May Ref M220545761002 Teamson were due to deliver given complete runaround Kept asking for a telephone number and provided mine but just kept getting email No delivery by 24 June so cancelled order and got refund Needed replacement table for a tenant so then had to expedite a more expensive table to arrive very quickly

terrible customer service no one anwser the phones or gets back to you been trying to call them for 3 days no anwser and been on hold for 3 hours still waiting for a call back let messages but no reply i call back would be much appeciated

Bought some garden furniture which looked nice The delivery was a bit of a debacle delivered to the wrong address damaged etc but they sorted this out The reason for the 1 star is that the furniture has rusted inside a year and it is impossible to contact Teamson I have tried calling and sat on hold for several hours and this was repeated on a few occasions and then tried email several times and they have never responded Be very wary - the products are clearly of poor quality and the customer service is non-existent

Can t get in touch rang for over a hour for last 4 days Ordered a water feature on Wednesday 25th September 3-5 working days to be delivered still not even been dispatched at this point no communication and impossible to get hold of avoid at all costs

I bought some garden furniture last year and after one year the powder coating is all flaking off and the metal has rusted badly I have emailed customer services several times with no response and have also tried calling on several occasions each time sitting on hold for over 2 hours They are literally impossible to contact In summary poor quality product and absolutely zero customer service Very disappointing I would certainly avoid this company

If I could give ZERO stars I would I am absolutely livid with this company I spent 55 pound on a dolls bed YES ypu read that correctly A DOLLS BED using the initiative that pay more ans get a better quality and more longer lasting product How wrong was I The item arrived already broken I then contacted teamon uk requesting a refund as I was absolutely gob smacked at the price of the item and how rubbish the quality was I was told they d send out a replacement part only the whole thing was falling apart panels were so-called glued however were already falling apart the wood was immensely cheap The packaging was SHOCKING Never order from this place Once you receive your items they don t give a toss if it s broken Yeah they ll send out a replacement part but the thing is the whole thing was not fit for purpose and completely just broken My poor 4 year old was heartbroken on Christmas morning and this shambles of a business couldn t care less I wouldn t mind if the item cost pennies but it was very expensive for a dolls bed if I could be bothered I d be taking this higher up because I am beyond furious more to the fact how upset my daughter is of the matter she cannot play with one of her main christmas presents

Incorrect order received Simple as that Now need to wait longer to get the product I paid for
