Only 2 boxes have arrived
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I would give them no stars if it were possible I bought several of their rattan sun-loungers I assembled two of them myself but it was so difficult that I had to employ someone to do the rest Some of the holes did not align so the bolts would not go in far enough Some of the holes were covered in rattan so I either had to force it to one side or cut it away The ones that are cut obviously I don t know whether it will weaken the structure One of the beds could not be assembled as many of the bolts etc were missing Pieces of rattan were loose and fell off The worst issue is that if you tighten the bolts on the wheels the wheels will not move If you leave them looser and pull the lounger towards you the wheels fall off I contacted the company and told them all of this I also sent photos of all the issues They refused to do anything about it They also said they wanted a video I have no means of making a video and why do they need a video when they have photos of the faults It would be a simple matter for them to put a bed together leave the wheels loose and then pull it to prove that I am telling the truth They refused I bought the loungers at the beginning of March and today I received the missing parts - 2 months wait Just a personal preference but the loungers are brown and the cushions are blue - they look completely wrong They are also quite thin not comfortable at all - I have bought new cushions The loungers have turned out to be very expensive with the additional expense of hiring labour to put them together and buying new cushions I would advise anyone - do not deal with this company

The units arrived and were not brand new within two months rust started to appear at all the welded joints and continued to become increasing rusty throughout both the two chairs and the table including legs joints and surfacesThe company offered to replace the defective parts but as every surface is going rusty how can the offer that The unit needs replacing in its entirety

The item arrived damaged
Do not buy from this company I bought two shelves from them via Maison du Monde and both arrived faulty chipping paint and corners holes in the middle of the shelves etc They took a very long time to reply and then told me I had to return them at my own expense Their customer service is terrible and they pretend not to see faults in the pictures you send them and give you poor resolutions I will never buy from them again

Disgusting service and an awful product
The item arrived damaged The company only gave a solution 12 days after I informed them of the received damaged item which was already too late for the purpose of the purchased item I had to pay the return costs which are nearly half of the price of the item Never again with this company
