Flowers were delivered on the day promised and the number of flowers ordered was correctly delivered for that i gave them 2 star but rest all is shambles The bouquet in the picture is much fuller My message was never printed on greeting card I payed for a valentine baloon which was quite big in picture but the Baloon that was delivered was different then the one I ordered and quite small List is long Disappointed Better go and buy from local florist Waste of time and money

My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers for me for Valentines day and we were very disappointed with the flowers that arrived They arrived in a LARGE box with no water and nearly dead He said they looked nothing like the flowers he ordered He would have been just aswell picking them up at the petrol station it would have been alot cheaper and nicer He will never ordered from here again

Ordered flowers on 13 of February 2024 for valentine day to my girlfriend they never delivered on valentines the DPD delivery sent the email that they will deliver at 12 to 13 hours that day but nothing On the 15 they send another email said they will deliver at 11- 12 hours which they did The flowers squashed and not even flesh l email them explaining all this and that l need my monney back but never reply Never again

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for Valentine s Day and to say we were disappointed is an understatement The flowers were presented in a box and not as the expected bouquet When placed in a vase they were awful Today two days later they have finally bloomed and are about 30 of what the picture suggested For the price paid I could have got three bunches of flowers at any supermarket or petrol station Won t be using this shower again and advise everyone to avoid at all cost

Ordered flowers for my Mam s birthday In February not only did they not look anything like the photo they were wilting I emailed customer service to be fair they were swift with their response and agreed to send out fresh ones the following week Unfortunately the new set were fresher but seriously lacking also I would not order fromThis company again as whilst I don t expect the flowers to look exactly like the photos they should at least be similar fresh Very disappointing

Ordered flowers with free chocolates for delivery on a Saturday for Mothers Day No delivery available on Sunday They delivered the flowers a day early Friday and without the free chocolates Flowers were left in a box on steps outside the door Easily could have been stolen Customer service were not available to discuss as it was the weekend When they did eventually respond to my email they came back with a generic template response about tracking orders etc so it was evident they didn t even read my email properly After further emails they came back to say their T Cs allow for early delivery in the interest of safety These T Cs seem possibly to be old Covid lockdown terms they are using as an excuse They offered me refund of a whole 2 And 15 off next order lucky me Overall not a terrible experience as she did get the flowers and they were nice but the service was unprofessional and unreliable with a low standard of customer service I ll stick with a local small flower shop next time

Flowers were ordered before Mother s day No option to deliver on the Sunday so I chose Saturday Flowers did not arrive I got no confirmation email and there was no one working on mothers day to contact The live agent hours are Monday to Friday but on the Monday no live agent was available I got my first reply on Tuesday which state they could not find my order details Thankfully the flowers arrived on Monday but ruined the Mother s day surprise

Recently sent flowers to a friend of mine to congratulate herself and her partner on their engagement My friend sent me a thank you message with photo of the flowers When I saw the photograph I was honestly so embarrassed by the bouquet that was sent by eflorist to them It Looked absolutely nothing like the picture of what I ordered It looked like whatever flowers were leftover that day were used and for the price of it there was very little in the arrangement I really wanted to send something beautiful to my friend as she loves flowers What a massive disappointment To add to it this is the second time something like this has happened while using efloist over the years I honestly will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone Not worth the money 2 stars only as their delivery was on time
