Fresh flowers are ok But they seem to be less in number than those in picture during time of order So a bit disappointed

Lovely flowers and delivered on time but the free box of chocolates was actually a bar of chocolate which was disappointing

Flowers were delivered a day after specified date but that was no problem I expected more flowers in the bunch as it looked a lot smaller than the pictures especially for the price but overall a good service and I am happy with the purchase

I didn t get a confirmation email to let me know that the delivery would be on time but once I emailed to ask I got immediate response - flowers were delivered

The flowers looked beautiful and the recipient was thrilled with them The delivery was made at 9 55 am within the estimated delivery time of 9-10 however the recipient was not aware that there was a delivery until approximately 5 00 pm when a visitor advised her that a delivery was in the porch area I received an email addressed to the recipient but sent to my email address confirming the delivery I was not asked for the recipient s email address The photo I received as proof of delivery did not have a house number and initially I thought it had been delivered to the wrong address The website showed and stated that a box of chocolates would be included free of charge This did not happen instead a bar of chocolate not the brand shown on the website was included

Arrived on time my mum was delighted with the flowers and chocs a nice suprise for her bday as we won t c her Great offers and always on time Will use again

I only dropped one star because two flowers were supposed to come with chocolates even though I clicked on this it wasn t part of the delivery
