Don t use for Mother s Day

Ordered large tulip bouquet for my mum for Mother s Day which came with box of chocolates apparently So disappointed in the rubbish which they delivered to my mum today also no chocolates Do not use for Mother s Day complete rip off

An absolute disgrace First Mother s Day not at home and ordered this bouquet for my mam and gran and a joke of a bouquet arrived not even the same colour or type flowers as advertised Half the roses already look dead Absolute Scam Do not order from this website

Flowers and chocolates never delivered

I ordered flowers and chocolates for a friend s birthday They never arrived I tried to contact Eflorist but there is no contact phone number I sent several emails and got no response Just receive promotional emails Couldn t get refund or even flowers sent out again or even an apology Never bother to use this site totally unreliable

Terrible

Terrible overpriced product much more expensive then supermarket for far worse quality I ordered roses for Valentine s Day which died within 2 days I contacted customer service and quoted there 7 day freshness no quibble guarantee and they refused the replace these AVOID at all cost premium price for a terrible product

Mother s Day

Received my flowers this morning sent by my children for Mother s Day Quality of roses was appalling and half of the stems were broken and damaged Very poor quality and quantity was nothing like photo on website Would get a beautiful bouquet in any of the leading supermarkets for a third of the price

I ordered flowers 2nd march on 7th Eflorist accepted order and confirmed delivery date March 7 Furthermore i paid more money for delivery on this day bacause birthday 1 time in year Yesterday I received a track number according to which delivery will be in 4 days March 12 Support doesnt answer anywhere Never use this delivery Never buy here flowers Update they blocked me on Instagram Now it s not just bad delivery now it s scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought flowers for Mother s Day that weren t cheap and a balloon the balloon came with no stick it was tiny and just thrown in the box I d of picked better flowers in my back garden absolutely disgusted when they came the bunch of flowers was nothing like what I had ordered and honestly looked about a fivers worth they were that scarce Never ever again will I order off this website again absolutely shocking that they get away with it

If you re going to send flowers

If you re going to send flowers use the one that springs to mind Don t use teleflorist My flowers arrived late left at the top of the track when a few paces would have brought them to my door like their advert The package was soaked through and the flowers wilted and mostly broken Really disappointed and my poor daughter who is really hard up wasted her hard earned cash Avoid at all cost As usual a crazy number of excellent reviews is suspicious and shows a company that cares only about a one off purchase not their customers or their feelings
