I made two orders for Christmas

I made two orders for Christmas both were delayed one still hasn t arrived 28th They only communicate by email when there s an issue with timelines that are easy to miss Christmas is a busy time so I suppose mistakes can happen but definitely won t be using again

Disappointed

I ordered flowers chocolates and a ballon to be delivered to my friend for her birthday The flowers arrived in a box and looked slightly squashed I assumed they would come as shown on the website the ballon also did not have a string in it as it did in the picture Very poor

bad experience

I had a very bad experience requested delivery of flowers the following day in the afternoon and send them an email separately to confirm this afternoon delivery instead of that my friend was at work and got a phone call when she was in work at 9 a m to say they were delivering them at 10 a m she could not get off work and they were left on her doorstep they did not try the neighbours houses and to be there for 5 hours in the ice andx snow is DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE BLOWN AWAY and not definitely not what I ordered

No Flowers

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother in law to say thank you for having us to stay over Christmas As we are in the UK and they are in Ireland I thought that using this company was perfect The communication that the order was processed and that they were out for delivery was great but then we didn t hear anything from the recipient After a rather embarrassing phone call she hadn t received the flowers I am hoping for a full refund as I spent a significant amount of money on these flowers

My roses arrived wilted and dark brown

My roses which were a surprise gift for my husband arrived dead Like the roses were dark brown and wilted I am very disappointed as I could have gotten better flowers from tesco or Dunne grocery store I was mortified when my husband took them from the box when it arrived Probably won t use this company again for flower delivery

Box of chocolates is just a lone bar

Advertised was flowers with free chocolates and a picture of a box of chocolates was displayed on the site while ordering What arrived was a single bar of chocolate Had I known this is what was going to arrive I would have ordered something else as a lone bar for a thank you present is a bit insulting and embarrassing to be honest

Irish name came up with a in the middle as the co doesn t recognise an Irish fada

Flowers were not the same as those chosen in terms of colour Bunches were far smaller than expected - have ordered medium bouquet from other companies and the bunch was a lot fuller The software for the autogenerated card cannot recognise an Irish fada on a name and so the name appeared on the card with a question mark in the middle which is very disappointing and looked dreadful

WASTE OF MONEY

They were unable to deliver my bouquet on first attempt and customer service was fairly prompt The bouquet that was delivered on the other hand was truly PATHETIC It looked nothing like the photo and was so ratty looking I was so embarrassed when the recipient sent a photo to thank me This is a shameful waste of your money go to a local florist it s worth it

They sent flowers but not as advertised Spent 40 euro on the saddest bunch of flowers I ve ever seen Do not use this service Better off buying flowers at any random petrol station
