Sympathy wishes

Very pleased with service but I only gave four stars as I had to call my brother to see if his wife had received the bouquet Website said I would get an email to show delivery had been made

Good in general

Good on the whole a message to confirm flowers when are delivered would be good Also the requirement for a local landline number is not always possible as the person purchasing may be remote as in my case

Initial problems sorted out promptly

Wouldn t use again like most people said the box of chocolates was a small bar The worst part thought was the number of broken flowers in the bouquet when it was opened Assume DPD treated it like they do most of their parcels Maybe they need to change their carriers Update customer service were very quick to deal with my complaint and sent a replacement promptly

False image when adding the order

When adding my order it showed an image with a box of chocolates and when receiving the flowers they only sent a bar of chocolate Another important aspect is the decoration of the vase maybe with a bun it would be perfect It s all for the moment the delivery date and flowers were perfect Thanks my order was No IE3023999

These flowers were for a lady that had

These flowers were for a lady that had just finished cancer treatment She was delighted with them The only fault was that the delivery man apparently did not ring her doorbell The flowers were left at the door but were beautiful

Great - just one ask

Easy ordering and confirmations however ordering from abroad there is no tracking available not a huge concern since I have ordered many times with no issues All arrived as expected and were much appreciated by the recipient Great flowers at a reasonable cost Will order again THanks

Flowers were lovely but

Flowers were lovely However delivery was late and therefore there was some wilting withering No fault of teleflorist but maybe rethink which courier company they use They were left on the doorstep and the driver left without checking that delivery had been completed

Easy to order and got a confirmation of order Flowers arrived on correct day Would have been good to have had a confirmation of delivery via email I used 3 different sites to send 4 lots of flowers to different people Both of the other sites confirmed despatch and confirmed when delivered too which gave me piece of mind 3 4 friends messaged me to say thanks the one who didn t for understandable reason - death of their friend was of course the Teleforist order
