Serious privacy violation service

A complete scam I was being notified that an account is created using my email address without my consent Someone stole my email address and successfully created an account by using my email address even without any verification from TeraBox Then I tried to contact the TeraBox customer service They not only did not offer me any support on this case but even requested me to fix this matter by myself The worst thing is that they will reject my formal privacy request for deleting the account which is a complete violation General Data Privacy Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act They wanted to escape from their responsibility from resolving this incident The customer service is absolutely not helpful and this company and their service - TeraBox is simply a complete scam and a serious privacy violation service Please take this warning seriously and NEVER use it

The most horrible storage app ever This app allows a downloadspeed of about 2 Mb s Yes 2 Mb s Never seen before The downloadspeed I work with is about 60 Mb s Yes 60 Mb s Terrible Do not use this horrible app ever

Dont store anything important here

after trying out the apps for several months its true that they give a free 1tb storage for free but theres some cost like u must watch ads do task etc and some of the free storage that they give have a expiration date its good for storing junk files only since the download were so slow and it was size limited so you must either buy their premium to lift file size download limit and download speed limit or watch some ads by the phone apps to get a Trial of their premium so yeah dont store any important file here better off with google drive or one drive asus web storage i think its your best choice beside this app also somehow it might be because of ads i feel like phone has been slowing down a lot since i use this terabox android app

Never registered but got an email that I did A company that doesn t use email confirmation upon registeration and doesn t have any customer service is the worst you could end up with

Their desktop application is adware it puts a permanent square ad in the bottom left corner of your display it is impossible to get rid of unless you force kill the application otherwise the ad square will just restart itself The download and upload speeds are horrendous 500 KB s when using 100 megabit network
