Terrible service
Terrible service They don t return phone calls Told me they had a part ordered and it was backordered for three months I got tired of waiting and ordered the part direct from Lynx Got it in 4 days Quoted me 250 to clean my grill charged me 550 Told me it was a bigger project then they quoted I would never use them

Texas Grill Masters came out on 4 9 and said they would get back to me the next week about parts I have called 10 times and every time I was told a tech would get back to me No one has called
