DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use T-Force I promise that you will be disappointed They have become the worst carrier our company has ever used in our 26 years of business They lost an entire PALLET of ours going to Grand Canyon AZ They also have decided to wait until they get other pickup delivery requests for individual companies not areas to deliver pallets without even asking consignees Awfully ran company ever since they bought UPS Freight they have been nothing but unprofessional and garbage

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYLost my freight valued at 10 0000 dollars 2 day point from Oregon to CaliforniaPeople installing my freight have left as I paid them to sit an extra 2 days hoping it would come I have used unfortunately this company a few times never again they don t deserve to be in business as they conduct themselves very poorly

I deeply regret hiring TForce
A week past the estimated delivery time and I can t get any answers They are constantly putting me on hold or transferring me to someone who never answers They don t know where my freight is Horrible customer service I am giving up and filing a police report for stolen freight but wanted to warn others to never work with them Absolute disaster

The worst service ever
Horrible customer service Lost shipment that costs me several thousand dollars in business because I could not deliver the product A month later and they still cannot locate shipment nor will they call you or communicate at all Keep you on hold until you finally give up and hang up No answers and no support Filed a claim and cannot even get a claim number

Lost Materials
They lost my conference materials just from Cincinnati to DC and would hang up every time I tried to reach customer service to locate them after spending truly hours waiting through phone menus and holds I still have not received my materials and it has been nearly a month I created a trust pilot account just to make this review

Avoid them like the plague
Avoid them like the plague 2 missing packages in one week First proof of delivery photo is a picture of my package on the floor in the street with a delivery note stating left at front desk beside the fact that front desk is not my delivery address MY BUILDING DOESNT HAVE A FRONT DESK Package is nowhere to be found Second package was supposed to be delivered 11 9 - was marked attempted to deliver unsafe Untrue as it s a fob key building that you have to be buzzed into i work from home and there is no attempted contact no note and nothing on the security cameras as I ve had the building manager check all cameras Companies using this courier system should be ashamed of their selves i can t imagine how much money they re losing on delivered packages I ve never seen so many bad reviews in my life

Thanks for leaving my stuff on the sidewalk outside
My building has a main entrance and one unmarked door for residents to enter driver calls me to tell me he s at the entrance Confused as to why he wasn t able to get into the door seeing as there are concierges there to open it I go downstairs only to not be able to find the delivery driver or my package Walk around the block to the back entrance to find my package sitting outside on the sidewalk Thanks for calling me to let me know you were at the building at least Worst delivery company

DONT as one business owner to another
Picked up a pallet with custom hard case crate been making crates for 25 years I m damn good at it and when they showed up at my clients house the crate was gone chandelier was crushed and destroyed My client denied the delivery and called me up pissed purple Had to build another one at my cost shipped with a different company also my cost and they delivered it to my client so I didn t have to do a 5000 refund Tforce does not know where my original pallet is and are denying any refund due to lack of evidence they themselves lost or misplaced DONT use them They still want me to pay the invoice bill even though they didn t deliver it Jerks This is not the first time and I ve lost on average 20 000 a year on lost damaged or destroyed pallets they never pay as they deny the claim and once its closed no one is authorized to talk to you about it Use someone else as these middlemen only care about themselves and their paycheck If a media company want to interview me so I can tell my experience share receipts emails etc please contact me

Horrible company
Horrible company Made ONE attempt to deliver my package They didn t attempt to contact me or leave a tag I contacted them THREE times with offers to come pick it up detailed instructions re building access etc They didn t attempt to deliver it again After the company I originally ordered contacted me to say my package was delivered I reached out one more time only to learn they supposedly returned the package to the sender This was news to the sender as well as according to their info the package was delivered to my address Unbelievable They stole my stuff

Lied Unprofessional
Company was supposed to schedule a delivery They called to do so on the afternoon it was supposed to arrive and stated it did not make it on the truck They reported that they did not know it was a scheduled delivery before today but had already sent me a notifications early in the day that it was out for delivery I had spent the entire morning trying to get a delivery time that would work through the shipper who then called them several times The person on the phone said they were not contacted by the shipper but couldn t explain how I had been informed it would arrive today but now it wasn t I told her she was not being truthful and this was unprofessional She told me I was rude and hung up I don t trust a company that lies to handle an expensive piece of equipment It is being shipped back and a different shipper will be used
