Something I have learnt

I initially left a poor review for this company as they had not been able to deliver on my order The response I received to this review explained that they had been affected by COVID and that many of the issues they had been experiencing were due to this I wasn t aware and mercilessly went for them and left a horrible review without knowing the full circumstances of their situation I m a bit ashamed if I m honest I have decided to give them a full 5 stars purely for being there and giving it a go in what must be an awful situation I will certainly be giving them my business in the future and will try to help them get out of this situation I would urge others that left bad reviews to do the same I wish The Cheese Geek every success and I thank you for a least delivering on one thing and that was helping a stubborn man to think twice about his actions I hope you guys get things sorted

I believe you can learn a lot about a company based on how they handle a situation when things haven t gone to plan Based on my recent experience with CheeseGeek I think they re pretty wonderful When my delivery was a little lighter than expected missing a couple of items they were easy to contact via the website super quick to investigate and resolved the issue in no time Computer glitches and human error happen that s just life but the excellent customer service provided by CheeseGeek today was surprising and so so gratefully received

I am writing this in recognition of the wonderful customer service I have received from Cheesegeek Sadly there was an issue with the delivery of my order not the fault of the company down to the courier service Upon receipt of my email querying where the package was I received a prompt response and was offered different options to resolve the issue even though it was a Sunday I look forward to using this company again in the NY
