First of all contact was always prompt Whenever we had questions we had replies quickly and even if a holding reply they always came back when they said Each stage of the process was explained before we commenced and time frames given all of which proved correct Finally the staff were always polite and courteous when dealing with us and costs came in as expected--just be wary of the other sides costs which are out of everyones control it will add a few thousands to the overall expense
