Superb service

Superb service especially over the Christmas period I had a panic over the weekend as I d forgotten a gift for my brother in law thankfully The Rum Company saved the day The parcel was expected to arrive Wednesday but DPD had delayed delivery I contacted The Rum Company who promptly arrived on Christmas Eve Eve and the parcel was delivered the next day The presentation box is lovely and information you get with the rum is a great addition

The Rums were the talk of our dinner party

All of the Rums we ordered went down very well at our dinner party What a fantastic and informative website which is extremely easy to navigate The presentation of the packaging is just as good as the taste of the Rum Certainly will be ordering again soon

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service from The Rum Company I had previously bought a bottle of Beckford s rum which turned out to be the wrong flavour with a different label I emailed customer service and spoke to Ed who was apologetic and offered to replace the bottle free of charge I did not expect this to be sorted so quickly and not only that it has been delivered personally by them all within a matter of days I will definitely be buying from The Rum Company again

Great customer service speedy delivery and great product I order 6 of the taster sets for my team and I was really impressed with the quality and presentation of the items Great packaging and presentation box there were taste profile cards for each of the rums including suggested mixers and amazing rum too Would definitely recommend

Never disappointed

We buy quite often from here and never been disappointed We did have a problem this time but it was resolved really quickly so top marks for the quick response so problem resolved i will definitely buy again

Fantastic and quick delivery

Never heard of this company until a few days ago An ad popped up on facebook I recently wanted to try some overproof rum and was looking at the Cut brand in particular for a week or so Eventually I purchased two bottles from this site Delivery was free over 75 super quick 2 days and very well packaged in bubble wrap designed for bottles Very safe from being damaged in transit This is a brilliant company to buy from
