For a woman of Joy Behar s age Ms Behar is the most incredibly ignorant uneducated and ill informed TV personality imaginable Maybe Joy with just minimal amount of research you would understand why the Electoral College is one of the most brilliant inclusions to the Articles of Confederation But then again you are far too close minded to let logical fact influence your opinions

Absolute rip off

Went to theShard for my son s birthday Booked for 6 pm so we could have a few cocktails Watch the sunset then the night sky line By the time we got to the viewing level after having photos taken waited 10 minutes for a drink as only 1 barman Then the tannoy messages started saying the bars would closet at 6-30 and we would all have to leave by 7 I paid 92 for less than an hour If they had informed me of the early closing We could have gone much earlier Absolute rip off

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service My trip was cancelled as shard was closed due to unforeseen circumstances This was a month ago now and still no refund When I can they say that there is nobody there that can talk to me and they can only correspond via email

Stick to the bog-standard 25 per head tickets

The Deluxe package is not all it s made out to be I paid the 49 per person charge for my family of five only to find that we could not order any cocktail from the menu and were restricted to a few watered-down cocktails The organisers did not make that clear on the ticket - it states Your ticket includes a cocktail or mocktail or a glass of Moet Chandon champagne They are breaking trading standards laws here by mis-selling The views were great but with limited seating and too many people it became a bit congested and claustrophobic The deluxe package also stated This ticket includes four souvenir digital photographs Remember to collect these as you exit by showing this ticket to a member of our photography team When we went down to collect the photos we were told to go home and print them off ourselves Very disappointing end to the evening What should have been a wow evening ended up being an overpriced ok evening - not worth the 250 I paid I wish I had just gone for the 25 per head bog-standard tickets now

Worst customer service Was charged 56 thinking we was getting food To be told by the young girl on next gate that was just champagne Asked for a refund The manager took me to the till to do a refund only to then tell me she didn t know what she was doing and I should wait until the way out We then went to the bar to have my complementary cocktail which was part of the package She then approached me and said you cannot have your cocktail You either have the refund or the cocktail Absolutely disgusting she completely ruined the experience The views were amazing though

Dreadful company

I bought a view from the shard with buyagift voucher didn t use as didn t travel to London from the North Been unable to get refund as the shard said buyagift had to request refund They apparently have and not had a response in over a month except to say my voucher was redeemed Absolute rubbish Do not give them your money

Over privillaged security people

The viewing itself is fantastic however what put me off is the behaviour of the security personnels I understand that it needs to be an airport style security however things dont necessarily be harsh to a paying customer People can still be polite and get the things done in a more civilized manner For example the person at the gate asked me to get my things off when i asked if even th3 papers are required to be off my pocket he gave a rude look and ordered me to get everything out of my pocket I mean you can still do your job with a smile or even politeness I had 3 guests with mw the day i went else i would have taught that over previllaged security a manner lesson Honestly i wouldnt go back or recommend others We have other high risers from where you can get a decent viewing of London with brilliant staff behaviour

Horrible experience Booked it at 18 45 or my partner birthday and they did not let us in because apparently they changed the opening time shortly after another couple had the same problem I asked for a reimbursement and they could not give it to me because I booked a deal with a third party The whole customer service was a joke The rude blonde lady at the entrance and the Manager Jade were unprofessional and not very helpful The view might be amazing but if that s the treatment you have to receive it s definitely not worth it Oh I then contacted the customer service email As useless as the previously mentioned member of staff Well at least they re keeping same standards in every department

Very long queues in the cold outside

Very long queues in the cold outside Queues to get into the elevators queues for using the restroom Overpriced drinks at the bar A very expensive and not particularly worthwhile experience I definitely don t recommend and I would suggest booking the Sky Garden in advance for free and you get a similar view of the London skyline
