A Most Positive Experience
From first contact to completion of the installation our experience with Think Renewables has been entirely positive Mark Metzger was our chief contact He came to our premises within a few hours of being referred by a colleague He was courteous personable and very knowledgeable His role was to do an initial assessment of our roof and draft a plan accordingly explain the different sized systems and provide quotes By the time he left we had a draft contract for a 13 28Kw 32 panel array to consider Mark continued to contact me regularly to check on progress and was available to answer any queries I had I signed the contract the following day and the instal team led by Steven were on the roof two and a half weeks later The job was done in under 24 hours Steven discussed everything relevant with us before proceeding particularly placement of the inverters He did a professional and very neat job of fitting them and all the necessary cabling conduit and the rewiring of the meter box Not a skerrick of packaging off-cuts or other waste was left behind The back office team at Think were also very helpful Maxine Coleman Deborah Bridson Kate Consigna and Christopher Consigna were all very professional polite and importantly very prompt with their communications It was they who prepared all the paperwork needed to get approval for our connection to the grid etc making the whole process hassle and stress free All up a very competent team

Great customer support
Think Renewable were making themselves known by going door to door in my area Ben was understanding when I said I had to go to a meeting but wanted to know more another day and asked for quotes on varying sized systems He kept in contact and arranged for a meeting where he could walk me through the quotes and explain them along with the history of the company Think Renewable s business goal is customer support and its been nice to see so far in the process that has been a focus He explained the signing up process clearly and walked through it over the phone with me The office staff called regularly to keep me informed of installation progress and ahead of the panel installation I had the inverter installed The inverter technician was professional and good to deal with working quickly and able to answer my questions regarding the system and planned expansion I had a similar experience with the panel installers shortly after which I was happy with

The day of the installation was great
The day of the installation was great the installers were very friendly and helpful The system was installed professionally and I have the ability to monitor the energy production and amount saved each day Overall great result thank you

My wife ordered a quote
My wife ordered a quote Never going to happen But Pat came and when we mentioned my wife s CPAP machine was mentioned he said that we could get a battery - at a very good price No dying in the night because of a blackout We get them about once a year Well we got the battery inverter and solar cells Really quite pretty Yeah I wouldn t believe it either but it s so And we ve been waiting fully installed but unable to turn it on because we don t have a smart meter A fortnight now and the only person giving us any information is Pat Think renewable will definitely get it done at a good price Five stars from me Zero stars to our electricity provider

Alex Harrison was very informative knew all the answers to the questions that we had easy to talk to well presented on time and knew his stuff
The guys that installed the system were on time even with rain threating they worked fast to get it done before it did rain they had to stop a few times because of rain but they were great making sure that the roof was not affected from water where they were working The System looks great and the guys left no mess whatso ever very neat and tidy We were impressed

Solar Panel Choice
From our first contact with Think Renewable Pry Ltd through their young lady cold calling to ask if we would be interested in discussing the installation of solar panels to the team who actually installed the panels the experience was pleasurable Amber Jack Sarah Elia Ryan Adam and Richard were all extremely professional They answered all our questions and did what they said they would always in a timely manner The after sales service through Harpreet has been exceptional We are really happy with the choice of panels and would recommend Think Renewable to anyone contemplating the move to Solar
