Arrived on time to the undertakers Beautiful willow on coffin with urn basket Everyone said it looked spectacular with flowers chosen for my dear mum Basket was intertwined with ivy and eucalyptus

The coffin was very pretty delicate and feminine We had posies of pink dark purple and yellow flowers added to the handles and a bouquet on top I hated the thought of a traditional coffin for mum as it was so final but this one eased the pain of a very difficult day Thank you

Great service at a difficult time

Think Willow provided our family with a beautiful bamboo casket for my father Like many families our budget was limited and ordering direct really helped us at a difficult and emotional time The casket was delivered to the funeral director very promptly and we were informed by email to put our minds at rest I work as a florist and see many different types of natural caskets when decorating them with flowers this one was lovely quality and perfect for the natural burial site where my father was laid to rest

Quality and professional service at a difficult time

My Mother s wished for a cardboard coffin but the one offered by the Funeral Directors was hideous It was like an imimation draw and there was no way my Mum was going into that However thankfully I found Willow who had the perfect one with rope handles Excellent service kept informed of the arrival at the Funeral Directors which was very prompt Personally I had never envisaged ordering a coffin online but for value of money quality and excellent service I wouldn t hesitate in recommending this route to family and friends with a trusted company

Beautiful coffin Was due the following Tuesday or Wednesday when I ordered it In the end my lovely mum died on the Tuesday at lunchtime Derrick was brilliant when I messaged him and it turned out the coffin was already out for delivery We used the bag it came in to make a mattress for my mum full of our own sheep wool
