SCAM Website - Beware

Be really careful with this website surprised it has 4 stars my experience has been akin to a scam Bought tickets for an event from Ticketweb in Bristol Ticketweb didn t send me the ticket and then Ticketweb have refused to refund the ticket cost let along pay the difference between their price and what i paid on the door If you want to pay for something you don t actually receive these guys are fab

refund not received after 2 months

awful awful awful and hopeless I have been waiting for ticket refund for nearly two months as they keep losing bank account details You can only contact them through their portal and they have closed my numerous complaint tickets without resolution There is no process for escalation and no phone numbers presumably so you can t shout at them for being so terrible

Avoid

Diverted to website via Ticketmaster sent me to the wrong date location didn t realise until ticket confirmation was emailed over Tried contacting them to resolve the issue 3 weeks in and they still haven t responded AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute Joke of a Company

Absolute joke of a company who have failed to provide tickets purchased in November Worst experience in 50 years of buying gig tickets will never buy from these clowns again I fully expect to have to resort to a section 75 claim against my credit card issuer as this shambles offer no help whatsoever

I have never received an email

I have never received an email clarifying my ticket order They have my money but due to not having a reference number the form that needs to be filled in cannot be completed I have been unable to contact Ticketweb on numbers available each one saying they re out of use now The concert I ve booked is in November so really struggling to get any response from Ticketweb They really don t make it easy to correspond

Taking entirely too long to issue a refund for a long cancelled event Fast email replies but it s just platitudes really with no real resolution The original event was meant to happen in 2020 then 2021 postponed for obvious reasons and then officially cancelled months ago This is the second time I ve had difficulty with a refund from them after a cancelled event Lots of run around but no real resolution or even an opportunity to talk with someone to get the situation resolved

Will never use Ticketweb again

Will never use Ticketweb again Still don t have confirmation of my tickets for Dylan John Thomas and gig is in 2 weeks but I purchased in August Agents constantly fobbing me off with still speaking to event organisers but all my friends have their tickets I have sent approx 6 emails and still got nowhere with them and they say confirmation re sent but nothing has come through - absolute shambles of a company

Obviously a disreputable company I bought tickets for Sade s Diamond Life 40 Anniversary with a photo of the album cover to promote it Turns out Sade wasn t performing and the advert was completely redesigned with big letters now saying Performed by London s finest musicians However they wouldn t refund my money Avoid

Don t care about the customer

If there are any issues with your event this company will do all they can to protect the event organiser at the expense of the consumer They also charge a very high service fee My event has been rescheduled by the organiser due to a ridiculous reason and despite my consecutive escalations they would not offer me a refund Very unhappy I lost 66 to them They have a lovely email manner and respond quickly but that s where any positives end

Abysmal customer service

An event got postponed twice due to covid before eventually being cancelled was told I would receive my refund within 15 days 5 weeks later I m still waiting Customer support is beyond useless so far they ve told me they d have an update within 3 days the update was I ll get an update within 3 days They totally ignore any questions about what the delay actually is caused by Not convinced they ve done anything at all Among the worst service I ve ever received
