Tom C replied quickly and thoroughly explaining that tickets have not been distributed yet due to finalising details with the venue probably Covid related Confirmed that tickets should be with me 5 days before event to check again nearer gig date and contact them if problems I appreciate ticket web cannot contact everyone individually but some kind of reassurance by way of a blanket statement on their website would be better than hearing nothing at all unless customer makes contact

Service good but confusing at times

It was easy to purchase my tickets but on both occasions of using your website to order tickets for self esteem gorilla and cathedral in Manchester I haven t received my tickets and they were not showing on my account either This caused concern and confusion Once I requested my tickets and asked where they were the service was prompt and very good my tickets were located and I m now happy

Pretty good outfit good customer service experience for me Refunded tickets due to date change Haven t scored 5 as Ticketweb keep the service charge Can see why to be fair as someone has to pay the customer service staff but change of dates isn t the customer s fault Overall though I like Ticketweb and not had any issues with customer services
