Chase your tickets asap

Prices for event tickets are decent and customer service team are lovely but two days until event and tickets have still not been received even though they were supposedly resent via email Cannot fault the customer service team as this is most likely more of a server issue but may be worth looking into that as I ve seen a lot of complaints of tickets not arriving on time

Got my reservation receipt on time But not the ticket Called 4 times didn t receive the ticketHave to register a new ticket 6 hours before the event starts A bit nerve wrecking Felt left alone for quite some Time There were no real trouble shooting Just excuses and delays On the other hand 3 of 4 Service people We re very friendly and tried to helpThere is Space to improve

Need clearer information about performance times

Online booking was easy Detailed information about the concert was not given The ticket said concert at 7 Arrived at venue with many others to find only doors opened at 7 Meant a very long queue in the cold as doors opened 10 mins late Then a support act at 8 main act at 9 None of this information was given on the website or on the e-ticket Needed to be much clearer

Whilst it was regrettable the event I was attending was cancelled when I managed to contact Tom to query why I had not received tickets his reply was quick and helpful at 6 30 at night The reason I have not given more stars is the extreme difficulty I had in finding a means to raise the query with various messages saying no-one available

Never really had an issue with them the poor score is the fact they charge for the delivery of your E Ticket I bought a ticket for 7 then payed 10 booking fee and then charge me just over 14 for the privilege of getting an e ticket disgraceful

BE WARNED Be Careful Using Ticketweb

I booked tickets for a concert immediately I realised that I had booked the wrong venue Within 5 minutes of spotting my mistake I contacted Ticketweb who told me it was too late and I had to follow the Terms Conditions which stated that I could not do anything unless the concert was cancelled I was not happy with this response I did want to go to see the bands involved but wanted to change the venue from Bristol to Liverpool I now have tickets to see the show in Manchester Extremely shoddy non existent customer service Excellent customer disservice I have since been contacted by Ticketmaster who have given me a full refund

Be careful

Make sure you contact one of their advisors if you receive an automatic event rescheduled email I contacted them to find out the new date and they said that it actually hadn t been rescheduled Just as well because I nearly cancelled by hotel booking in London

Lowest ticket price and great online service from Hanz - thank you My only request is offer a phone number I would buy a lot more tickets if I could speak to someone on the phone Online just takes too long if you have even the simplest of questions
