Realised I hadn t received my confirmation or tickets for a gig a couple of days away although I paid a few months ago and contacted Ticketweb Expected a hassle to get the tickets or a refund as the gig is sold out but instead I received a reply almost right away with my confirmation and tickets Really good and fast service
