Poor customer service
Customer service is unbelievably unhelpful and sticks only to the scripts and only copies and pastes response Foreign customers please beware your credit card won t be able to successfully pay for orders I speak Bahasa and have to repeated inform their customer service officers that the first CSO told me that my credit card has to be white listed before proceeding with payment and asked me to send an email to their CS Below is literally what I received We would like to inform you for your payment rejected because your credit card reject by copy-paste please input the detail credit card manualy one by one In the end I just give up and bought my tickets from other websites Even though the prices may be cheaper they re not worth the headache AVOID

Trash Customer Service
Trash Customer service It is so hard to request a refund they dont help you almost at all the communication even with Indonesian language was so bad they dont want to type anything instead just copy and paste a template answer even after 5 times sending emails back and forth they only changed a little bit of their template At the end I got the refund but the email said for your information we will cut down your refund for bank admin etc etc TELL ME THAT BEFORE HAND WHILE WE WERE TALKING THROUGH WHATSAPP AND EMAIL DUMBASS NOT AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE AND IT IS PROCESSED I highly recommend everybody to not use their service

I m asking to review my case after have received less money than I paid of course counting the international bank fee and they just ignore my emails Furthermore I don t understand why I couldn t use my indonesian friend s account and had to pay 30dollars fee in order to be paid on my foreign account I paid 180 and got back 90 SCAMMERS

The worst customer experience ever
The worst customer experience I have ever experienced at any company worldwide I booked a train ticket between Probolinggo and Yogyakarta where the money was deducted from my account but I did not receive a ticket confirmation in my email Called sent WhatsApp s emailed then did this multiple times again and again Every time told that I would be contacted by the relevant department and they would send me a new ticket When I called again two hours before my train was supposed to leave they told me the one I wanted to get on was fully booked No apologies no nothing Eventually rebooked but the process was dreadful Avoid at all costs

NOT RECOMMENDED I purchased ticket from Jakarta - London round trip Singapore Airlines via tiket com because it was cheaper However when I asked to change the schedule the price for the schedule change is way high compared to the schedule change price that I paid on the other ticket that I purchased directly from Singapore Airlines website I do not recommend to buy ticket from tiket com better buy directly from airline website

Terrible customer service ever
Terrible customer service ever very highly NOT recommended booking agent There was no notification neither email nor text that flight being delayed international flight we found out in less than 12 hours when we did web check in We have to purchase another flight in order to arrive destination as expected and not miss the meeting CS team just people who only reading text book no solution at all Very disappointed

I couldn t buy a ticket with a regular VISA I reach out to the customer service and they asked me to send a picture of my passport and my credit card because this is how the validate credits cards This is simply unbelievable Please never send this sensitive information via email

This customer service is something
First of all my inquiries all mentioned about that I requested an open ticket and tiket com keeps sending me correspondence on credit vouchers In the end I gave up and settled for an credit voucher The following customer service agents have dealt with my inquiry Asnur Resi Amanda Michael Irena P Dewi CT None of them has actually answered my question even when I put them numbered they still fail to do so
