The whole process was very

The whole process was very straightforward and the staff was very helpful The only thing was the moving van suggested which was quite overpriced considering the service rendered

good for the price

We have now started using our storage locker it is staffed by nice people who are very helpful I am very surprised by the thin metal that is used in the construction of the storage locker I hope that is all that is needed to keep my stuff safe It is great that they have 3months half price hope that will be enough to get a more permanent solution to storing my stuff as full price will be unaffordable long term

Good storage solution

We are hoping to move so I needed somewhere to put my storage tools etc Booking the unit was fast and efficient The units themselves are clean and tidy as are the access ways and very secure Staff are friendly and helpfull On the negative side entry involves putting the same code in 3x - One for the road gate then once more for the outer and again for the inner building doors A fob or swipe card would be far easier

Excellent and efficient service assisting me to choose the right lockup size for my needs and setting it all up for me and my sisters to use straight away Only issue was I got charged twice for the first month s payment and was left to rectify it with my bank have been reassured this should never have happened and given sincere apologies otherwise would thoroughly recommend thanks

Professional company selling space

Customer service is superb and the team called as requested Always polite and professional Equipment for moving goods and space for storage is good Only issue and why it loses one star is the space to manoeuvre the trollies around the building However would recommend although I need to empty soon after the promotional period is over - 50 off for first two months

Clean storage facility with helpful staff

Adam and Pete were very helpful and easy to deal with and the storage unit was clean and just the right size for my stuff Great that you have 24 7 access as my husband s storage facility in Coventry is only open during office hours The location is really easy to get to and it s great there is a van hire company there for when I need to move my stuff to my new house Would have given 5 stars but it s really 4 5 as there s one slight issue that it s sometimes really busy because of the van hire place and the yard gets quite full Having said that we did always manage to get in but on a couple of occasions we took the last parking spot
