Ordered 3x 25mm blanking plugs and paid

Ordered 3x 25mm blanking plugs and paid for expedited delivery received 3x20mm blanking plugs cant be arsed to return for the sake of a tenner Waste of time Branch manager did follow up with mistake made and refunded delivery charge So props for that

Kinetic switches instruction are poor

Kinetic switches instructions very are poor and do not join to Alexa according to their instructions Spoke to the number provided and they forwarded me to technical support Still left a low score as I think their setup guide is very poor Why do the instructions tell you to setup in Kinetic and then jump to talk about Smart Life without any instruction about how to get there They could at least update the PDF on their website

The guard was great but I was expecting fittings to connect it with I also wasn t expecting the quite weighty catalogue which was also sent this increasing the cost of postage

Easy to order but long wait time to collect

Needed a few bits top complete a job at my company Found the website relatively easy to use with little fuss Had an on-line order done by our company accountant again with very little fuss Can t fault this part of the ordering process but the only thing that drops a star is the wait time to pick up in store when doing an on-line order I know stores get busy but at the same time as this order was done an order for Screwfix was also done The Screwfix order was ready to collect in just over 10 minutes your order took over two hours Why the long wait Pretty sure the Basildon store doesn t get that busy does it

Delivery was on time and had a 1 hour delivery slot Fitting was delivered well packaged and item undamaged

Good delivery items were correct except for the colour two were light grey one darker grey would have thought the same colour for all This fortunately not a major issue as they will be covered

Fast delivery and honest company Unfortunately an outside LED flood didn t have setting for dusk to dawn like others do I e wouldn t drop to lower light setting all through the night like others do needs software re-writing to do so Above all good service and excellent communications

TLC SERVICE WAS GREAT THE ORDER WAS DESPATCHED VERY QUICKLY Wish I could say the same about DPD 2 deliveries were missed as the delivery person never turned up No advice on the non delivery was given following the second attempt DPD tracking just said that the parcel was held at their local depot which is 25Mls away Very difficult to find a means of contacting DPD to get the delivery rearranged Finally a phone number was found buried in the complaints procedure This proved successful and the parcel was delivered the following day

Excellent Web site Easy to understand and user friendly and delivery times excellent Reasonably priced shame the Green Brook battery mobile light was a little bit poor in terms of light duration But you get what you pay for Could of rapped yt2 trunking in cardboard protection like amazon do But I can see that it would of scratched and damaged If sent without so 4 instead of 5 star s
