LED POLO Bulkhead Light Fixtures

Bought a number of LED POLO Bulkhead Light Fixtures in 2017 The instruction sheet said the emergency batteries in them would last about 4 years Three years later the batteries are failing Recently bought replacement batteries only to find their mountings and cable connections are now different to those used in the 2017 fixtures There was no instruction leaflet with the batteries forewarning about the changes and the additional items needed to fit them into the light units A total lack of consideration for customers hugely disappointing and very irritating

I approached TLC with regards to pre-insulated accessory boxes and requested a sample for review and approval Unfortunately the short sighted sales person refused my request as my requirement was for circa 20k units Currently developing a solution with alternative helpful suppliers

been waiting on an order paid for on 15 1 19 received an email 4 days later to say it was not in stock but it went into spam I have phoned twice the first time they said they will push my order forward and today they said they do not know when it will be available it is only a fan timer which I would have bought locally had I known about the delay Not happy and neither is my customer

Poor Customer Service

TLC Tilehurst My first time using TLC my order came to 587 66 the biggest part of the order was a 300metre drum of SWA CAT5 I asked the Manager for a SWA cutter FOR the CAT5 cable when I tried to use the cutter it was clear that this tool is not compatible with a small diameter cable I returned to the store to request a refund I was GOBSMACKED by the managers response what am I a supposed to do with it was his reply I can t re-sell it but its been mis-sold no refund I will stick to Tool station overall a VERY poor experience

Poor quality from TLCUsed this company for the first time on

Used this company for the first time on a new house build I spent over 2k with them on sockets switches etc The service is good but unfortunately the quality of what they send out is poor Fronts pop off sockets a number of various switches and sockets have failed 2 PIR sensors that just came on randomly Replaced some of the gear with stuff from CEF much better

I come in to the branch today and I was waiting for a person to come out to help me there was a lovely guy on the counter his name was Lee he asked for some assistance as there were 2 people on the counter and a guy named pritesh said what do you want me to do about it I found this very very rude and disrespectful to myself and Lee the man serving me and Lee was so helpful but pritesh was so disrespectful he also was swearing at Lee out the back when I collected my trunking

Re post after removal Re post after removal There Swindon branch is staffed by one old ignorant staff member who talks down to you and is no help whatsoever Today I had had enough and just walked out of there empty shop taking my several hundred pound order with me I don t expect a qualified electrician to serve me but a bit of stock knollage would be helpful And there website is rubbish

Bought dimmer module went faulty within fortnight Tlc passed butt Supposed to mess around with support tickets etc with manufacturers I ll stick with amazon For decent support
