Great lights poor connectors

The lights themselves are really high quality and give off a good light However the connector supplied with the light is not fit for purpose the clamping system is ineffective as it will not grip on the wires which then fallout The connectors are also excessively large and utilise too much plastic

Kinsale Coach Exterior Wall Light

I purchased a Kinsale Coach exterior wall light 2nd of February Your staff were extremely helpful both in your Chelmsford branch and later on the phone However I queried the 5Kg weight on your website as I was concerned about adequately supporting the weight I obtaining the correct weight of 1 1Kg without a bulb direct from the importer The weight needs to be corrected on your website but for this error I would have given 5 stars Once ordered the light arrived quickly and well packed An excellent light at a good price

Good quality electric switches

Good quality electric switches as also very good prices Customer service polite and helpful Delivery to your door non contact by driver and left not in a safe place disappointing Website would be better if same range of switches listed together otherwise would have given 5 stars

Prompt delivery left on driveway

The delivery was prompt The box was left on the drive and it would have been even better had they put it behind the dustbin or somewhere that was not so noticeable with a message through the letter box

Easy website Quick delivery just a couple of days and good value Ordered two wall mount enclosures which arrived in a large box with two individual cartons inside Well packed although one of the internal cartons was damaged although the enclosure was unmarked Will use TLC again

Great value good service

Great value good service No house name on delivery label meant parcel was left 1 4 mile away but a short walk found it Cut down one curtain to shorten it to required size and re-hemmed it easily Ironed everything with a warm iron to remove packing creases before hanging I recommend this supplier

Unhappy to very happy

So I purchased a load of sockets-switches-dimmers using the online ordering process Paid the 250 with the intention of collecting from Guildford the following day 730am the next day I receive a text saying only 3 of the items I ordered were available and the rest would be ordered in on a 5-7 day turn around I was disappointed to say the least and frustrated that the online platform doesn t advice stock at shops like Screwfix or Toolstation do However I went to Guildford to collect what I could and whilst there I was served by Mark I think I just fell lucky as Mark turned whole experience from bad to amazing Mark focussed all his efforts on finding me similar products that were in stock so I left with a smile on my face and more importantly a customer at the other end of my chain happy Huge thank you to Mark a great employee I m very grateful to him

Service was excellent My order came quickly and was securely packed Thank youBut the arms I bought were of poor quality Our electrician would not use them because the fitment to the lamp was plastic He altered the current ones to accommodate the new excellent lampsJohn Adams

Wireless light switch

Needed a wireless light switch to replace an old one - which was being obscured by a new cabinet Very helpful video on the product was available - and needed as a pensioner I did not want the expense of paying an electrician The only downside was that the wiring diagram in the leaflet was different to my switch - it had to happen - two red wires instead of what I expected - i e brown black and green white A bit more searching on the web and I found a similar one so was able to work it out When fitted the switch works perfectly Very happy with my experience and would order again
