I ve been online shopping with TLC for around 4 years The stuff I ve ordered has always arrived on time been of the quality expected and at a very good price I ve had 2 problems over this time A faulty item was replaced and received 24 hours later without any fussThe latest mishap was due to the courier losing the parcel in the Christmas rush I contacted TLC and within a couple of hours a replacement order was on its way to me Again no faffing around Absolutely outstanding customer service
