Company is a fraud It took many weeks to arrive from China after it was sent back at customs Sizes are way too small They are liars and promised a credit Do not buy from them

Awful Too small for even a child to wear
Awful The jackets are tiny I ordered a small and a medium which can only be described as child size I assume because made in China the measurements are completely off It took weeks to arrive and they are so so small We cannot use at all And it s not made clear that they don t come with a power pack so you need to buy them I ve complained and heard nothing I will be doing a chargeback because of the poor poor quality and pigmy sized items

Items jackets are x2 smaller than the UK label it s given The customer service is non existant I tried to return the items in line with their 14 day policy and they offered me replacements which are obviously no good Then they said they don t do refunds but as a gesture of good will will offer 50 refund I accepted just to receive a reply to that email that they don t do refunds WTHThis went on back and fourth where a refund would be offered then denied despite them offering it and despite me complying to their 14 day policy we don t do refunds - website says you do we don t accept underwear back - they re coats our policy is no refunds - your policy is the complete opposite EVEN if the sizes were suitable they feel cheap and nasty Avoid this terrible company at all costs UPDATE Toasty still messing me around and ignoring previous emails on our email chain which is now 25

Hello Nicole We ve been over all this in previous emails However since it seems you either don t care or can t remember I ll reiterate I wrote to you because of the poor quality and way too small size compared to the normal standard We re talking 2-3 sizes too small in comparison to the norm You then asked if I wanted two new jackets to replace the ones I had already gotten I politely declined considering one of the problems I had with the jacket was the quality The linings were unstitching before we even got to wear them and the heating wasn t distributed as advertised You then offered store credit to which I again declined referring you to the 30day money-back guarantee you had on your site and in your return policy Then afterwards it has been a back and forth between you offering the same bad solution and me just wanting my money back Do please understand that this is starting to annoy me off severely I hope you will uphold your company s policies Thank you in advance Name

Where is my order and where are you
Bought and paid on line on the 9th December Paid extra for premium insured delivery No sign of order which I could almost understand given time of year but the promise was between 8 and 15 days Complaint is more because of lack of engagement The SHOP app where I should be tracking order sends me to the YUN tracking site and all I can see is that order data was received on the 9th Impossible to track on Toasty on own website as the order and tracking numbers on the receipt are not recognised On the 15th I asked Toasty help address for an update I received email on the 17th asking for details of my order and I sent screen shots of all the confirmation emails I had received when making purchase Since the 17th nothing not even an acknowledgment of my follow up email Oh and the YUN website still has not changed status or updated since the 9th

Scam Avoid avoid avoid
I bought two jackets for Christmas 2023 which took 3 weeks to arrive despite it saying 3-5 working days delivery They arrived late and were child size bit an adult large Emailed and told I would have a replacement sent 3 weeks on nothing sent I asked for a refund and was told to send them to a private address I sent it at my expense via special delivery 4 weeks on and no refund or answer on email Total scammers

It doesn t work and they don t respond
It took almost a month for the 2 jackets to arrive The power of the jackets went on and immediately off Customer service replied very fast on my first e-mail but after that no reactions at all I want to return the jackets I have tried several powerbanks asked if there is a specific powerbank to use but no answer at all
