Poor service from staff member

Great product and price However shame about some of the staff Was shocked when my heavily pregnant daughter told me the guy behind the counter basically refused to help her out to car with heavy pot of paint Will not be returning due to this and shame as I am sure they are not all as ignorant

unnecessary printed catalog

I received the package quickly thanks for thatone thing bothers me that for a really small package I received a large printed copy of the catalog which i have already and I think it s un-environmental practice and waste of paper I d like to get the option of asking for the guide or not when making a purchase best regards

Most times I have been there no real problems but this last weekend I went to walsall pre ordered there was a que finally got in hadn t quite got mask on properly the assistant she said put your mask on correctly I asked where hers was I am exempt her very small card on lanard was facing the wrong way I pointed this out only to have the reply well I didn t know did I very abrasive person not a good experience

While shopping experience was fine the delivery needs some changes Specifically who you partner with As title says GLS delivery service is not up to par Their delivery times and options are less than optimal for people who got work to do Other than that very satisfied

I haven t received my bill yet

I haven t received my bill yet I have recovered a good product and service at desk and informed that the bill would be sent online Waiting for the bill since a week and I need to submit for reimbursement

Not set up very well to handle their mistakes

I ordered a circular saw The next day a small package of some little stainless steel clamps got delivered The order number got switched up it looked like a manual data entry error aka number switch I called customer service and they said they need 3 business days to check the availability when I ordered the saw the website indicated that the item was in stock After 4 business days I still hadn t heard anything So I called again to find out nothing had been done I was told again to wait 3 days for them to check their stock I ve since received a new order confirmation but I have yet to receive the saw Update received the saw today and to my surprise they included the hard carrying case Revised rating to 3stars
