Fast and efficient Happy with my choice Packaging could have been done a little better scharnieren arrived all out of their protection bags

Great fast service and the best prices

Ordering process was easy online and next day collection available at the shop in Haarlem parking outside the door Jerry Can and Spout ordered together Jerrycan was the last in stock and had some paint peel off within 15 mins which was not a good start but the can has worked brilliantly you have to be careful to use it correctly do not overfill allow room for expansion open carefully fit the spout correctly to the can and to the car or you will spill petrol but worked perfectly for me 5 stars for shopping experience and product use but 4 stars for the paint bubbling and coming off on the first day

Good selection and quick pickup

Product and prices are very rational in their respective ratios The product quality has been good so far so no nonsense here I did have to ask and inquire about the status of my order but after that all went smooth

Fast delivery with a minor problem

I ve used Toolstation a few times now because each time they ve had the lowest prices for what I ve been after The cheap prices do not mean corners cut on service Two of the orders I placed with them were placed after 4pm yet they still got them to me the very next day My only reservation is that the site is not that easy to navigate and search doesn t always bring up all they have If you want tools or hardware forget B Q Toolstation is the place to go

No paint GOT PAINT

Good selection and quick pickup fastest in the city Really like this place except the city center location The staff gave us a wrong item at pick up refused to help replace the item and only refunded part of the order even though the missing item was crucial to the project We showed he had some in stock but he refused to look forced cash in our hand and told us he wouldn t do more Then we had to go home place another order at another location making a quick project take days It was just bad customer service so I bike out of town now Love this place just not that location

My only complaint regards the Web form where I typed the delivery address info I wanted to have my order delivered to my P O box which is housed in a facility with an automated system for sorting its received packages Toolstation abbreviated my first name initial only which messed up the P O box system The package eventually found its way to the correct P O box though so it s all good

didnt receive my order

Hi I went to the Toolstation in Katwijk but was told that the fence paint that I wanted was sold out and it could be months before they would have it in store I told my neighbour we share the fence and he said that he had bought it online for his side of fence and that it arrived without any problems I went online and received the paint 3 days later So that was WONDERFUL but think it would be an excellent idea if the staff advised to buy on line in the future Thanks

Nice to see a shop here in Hoorn at long last Only problem last 2 months they are very badly stocked as half of the things I have needed to do my work are out of stock Maybe it s because the virus But could be bad planning Had to go to 2 other shops here in hoorn ZwaagSo 3 shops for what I should of got in 1 Never had this kind of problem in the 2 shops in Amsterdam

Good item

after almost 3 weeks didn t receive my order or any response to email indicated delivery time was 2-3 days with a note that it might take a little longer there is no communication customer service due to coronavirus only message i ve got is to rate my purchase UPD problem was solved after i posted a review it s a pitty that this is the only way to get a response from toolstation team thank you for solving the issue
